Working with Jon, Karin and the Masters Properties team was a wonderful experience. They built for us a beautiful custom home with top-quality construction - delivered on budget and on schedule. When we first contacted Jon at Masters Properties, we had just moved to North Carolina from California. We needed a reliable contractor who could remodel our home to meet our specific needs on a tight schedule while we lived in the house. Jon and his subcontractors were ready willing and able to take on our project. Since time was of the essence, Jon prepared an aggressive schedule that started September 1st and had our house ready for the furniture delivery on December 12th. Each week a different team of subcontractors attacked a different part of the project. While we cannot recommend living in a house while it is under construction, Jon's team made every effort to keep us comfortable and functioning. Despite having to work around us, Jon's team completed the project on time and within the project budget. Jon is an honest and hardworking contractor who will do his best to complete any project to the best of his ability.
