Brian, Scott and their team are best in class. Their guidance and installation is organized and clean and the systems work beautifully. I give them my highest recommendation for Audio, Visual and Security.

Excellent! Very professional and personable. Arrived at the time they said they would and from very beginning of installation there was no doubt that they definitely knew what they were doing!! Explaining it to us over 65 people was not as easy!

I have hired Scott, Brian, and the rest of their team numerous times. Each home project turns out better than the last! Their team is extremely knowledgeable and up to date in all technology trends. We live in an older home (built in 1930s) with plaster walls and tricky attic and crawl spaces. Somehow these guys wire everything seamlessly into one closet of my home - even the equipment for the outdoor TV's! They are always willing to work around or coordinate with the schedule of other installers and have even handled communicating to DirecTV reps if I can get them out here on the same day. We've had them: +install and monitor our home security systems +mount nest cams +wire sound/speakers into different zones throughout home +mount televisions - inside and outside +run internet wiring to new rooms +install internet antennas to strengthen our signal We almost always purchase products through them - televisions, denon sound equipment, remotes, sub wolfers, etc. I find that they are fair and honest with their pricing and at times can get you promotional offers others cannot. Finally, a small but valuable trait in my book - they are friendly. They work around my (protective but annoying) dog and are always friendly to my toddler son. Scott and Brian are very easy going and break it down for me if I am not understanding how to operate the new remotes, etc. They never leave a project until giving us a proper tutorial.

Their Professional staff was always on time and meticulous, and they never left a mess. They handled the installation of my home security system, access points for my WiFi, and all my A/V. We first contacted Marshall's when we moved here 6 years ago. The builder of our home used hem to prewire the security system and in-wall speakers, so we figured we would let them finish the job. After seeing the attention to detail, the quality work, and their timely performance, we have since used them for the installation of security cameras, the very difficult installation of an outdoor TV, multiple enhancements to our entertainment systems and ethernet network, and most recently the installation of an OTA HD antennae in the attic. Most of these projects were done after the house was built, so they required very difficult wiring. Needless to say, we are very happy with every project we have done with Brian and Scott and team. We also are always amazed at the prompt service they have provided us after the install. We recommend Marshall's Inside Connections without hesitation. They must be doing something right because we see them doing major jobs all over our neighborhood.

We used Marshall's to upgrade our audio/video (tvs, blue rays, URC mobile, outdoor speakers, internet upgrade, etc.) in our home and back yard and put in video cameras for security purposes. I am generally disappointed with virtually every contractor I have used - but that is not the case with Brian and Scott. They are timely, respectful and take the time to explain. More importantly, their service afterwards is the best I have ever seen. I text Brian with a question and he responds quicker than anyone I have worked with previously. These guys do a great job and if you need anything in the audio/video area I would highly recommend.
