ZOLLINGER BUILDERS

Zollinger Builders helped architect and build 2 homes for me. One in 1995 and another in 2020. The second one they were very involved with the interior design and did a great job. I was very happy with the quality of both homes.

The attention to detail was extremely impressive. During the planning stages, almost all the decisions were made before we even begun the building process. The one area that was lacking was the builders ability to stick to a timeline. Our move in date was pushed out twice. There were several weeks during the construction phase when there was no work completed. It made the process extremely frustrating. However, We are very happy with the craftsmanship of our house.

Mark Zollinger left us with unresolved issues resulting in costly monetary damages. A terrible experience, my family can not recommend this home builder and highly suggest other new families look elsewhere.
