A very disorganized business that everyone thinks they are a manager. All the "managers" work in Crisis Management. A time and resource waste. They only do builder sets with no attention to details and employees complain when asked to do schedules (door, windows, plumbing, electrical) They expect the one or two contractors (J.W. Neatherly) they work for to work out details in which I have never saw a drawing of how the details would be performed. The actual manager(s) of the residential department cant pass the Architecture Registration Exam after 20+ years. Richard is a subpar designer that is very condescending. Brittney is only a basic Interior Designer thinking she is a commercial architect. No one can get to work on time. Commissioning this business for a custom home would only get you a builder grade home at best. Always be weary of a project that is priced by the sq. ft. 1 star, I would not recommend to become a client or employee. Steer Clear.

Mark Todd is by far the best architect I have worked with in my 36 years of home building. Any time I have a client that needs to go through the design process, I recommend Mark and his team. Their approach is unique in that they listen carefully and work hard to design a home that meets the family's lifestyle goals. They never "own" the design and say "I won't make that change, it would ruin my design". Instead they ask questions to understand the reason for wanting the change and work out the best design that meets the client's needs. Mark and his entire staff are a true pleasure to work with. Mark Todd & Associates came highly recommended by several people in the custom home business, so we set up an initial meeting and signed on as clients that same visit. Mark and his team - Ronnie, Lauren, Debbie, and others - were always responsive to our new home "wish list", listened carefully at every meeting, and took our half-formed wants, needs, and dreams and transformed them into the plans for our new home. They worked with our builders during the design process to make sure everything was "do-able", and have continued to be involved thru the building process. I have recommended Mark to several friends, and will continue to do so - they are great!
