Valet Custom Cabinets & Closets - Mark Olson

Mark at valet recently remodeled my wife and i’s master walk in closet. As new homeowners this was the first project we decided to take on. Mark was extraordinarily helpful in not just communicating pricing, process, operation and time but most importantly the design. My wife and i had a grand vision that mark turned into a reality. From meeting at their showroom to choose materials to the design layout we collaborated to achieve a perfect goal. Highly recommend

From the first contact through installation, Mark Olsen was an absolute pleasure to work with. The project consisted of a whole wall unit made up of a Murphy bed, bookcases and closets. His designs were clean and practical and most important, in complete response to what I had expressed I wanted. His ability to both lead and follow made the design process very easy and efficient. I recommend him highly for your home and office projects.

I've used Mark on three different occasions in two different houses to update closets in bedrooms and an office. In one house, the closets where completely bare and Mark listened carefully to our needs to design the closets for us. He does not use a cookie cutter approach, but listens to each situation individually. In the second house, there were existing "built out" closets but they needed updating. Mark again listened carefully to what we wanted and rebuilt the closets using as much of the existing design as possible. I called Mark one more time recently for yet another two closets! He is courteous, prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. and the whole process was painless and efficient. I love our closets and highly recommend Mark Olson!

Mark designed closets for 3 bedrooms, the summer of 2016. Fast forward to 2018, and those Valet closets are full to the brim with books, clothes, legos etc. My kids have not been gentle with them and they still stand proud :-)). We consulted with California Closet before Valet and were neither impressed with the colors and designs nor were we happy with the proposed closets which would not have utilized the small spaces effectively. Mark offered us a brilliant plan that effectively uses every inch of space and convinced us to be pragmatic about the closets. We are so happy with his design and Valet's installation, they will be coming out to our place once again this year to install closets and hallway cabinets. We expect the job to be exemplary!

Mark was outstanding in listening to our needs and requirements. His professional approach and knowledge of the Valet products was incredible. Mark was very easy to work with and extremely friendly. We needed an office for my husband in a 10x10 room and we could not be happier with the outcome. Mark is exceptional in his attention to detail and he has a great eye for aesthetics. As an added bonus, Mark took the time to let us see the workshop where the cabinets are made - he is totally sold on the product he represents! His design for our space was flawless and the installation team from Valet was the icing on the cake! We could not more highly recommend both Mark Olsen and Valet.
