The installation was a disaster: installed the lift incorrectly, damaged side panels, etc.. it’s been very complicated to connect with Paradise Valley back office to make the necessary corrections. The spa product is great, but the distributor/seller is discombobulated in the way they operate and run their business. Service after the sale is very poor.

Paradise Valley is the best spa/pool company we've ever had. Techs are reliable , polite, and well trained. The office staff is excellent. Always there to help and offers advice about the best products (without being pushy). They do a great job, so you don't have to worry!

They delivered what they promised! I was very happy with Dylan Fournier, the sales person at the Spa Show in San Jose. He helped guide us through all the possibilities into the Spa we needed! They were very prompt and professional when they came to our home to inspect the delivery and pickup location and they were very helpful when we received our new spa. The setup was quick and easy and more importantly, they answered all my questions with professionalism and patience! Thank you for being the best spa company in town!
