Marco was terrific to work with. Excellent communicator, adroit ability to exchange ideas; took my [very rough] sketch on graph paper and turned it into a finished package. I am definitely not a main stream type of person and he was able to adapt and connect with my ideas. I decided in the last revision to reverse the floor plan of the 'big room' and he was totally calm about it. Also very pleasant personality and polite. I highly recommend Marco.

Blueprints & Builder is a company that takes pride in delivering the true definition of a custom home. They have extensive knowledge of design, construction, and finishes throughout the entire building process. They are very cautious with budget, detail, and deadlines so things don't get off track. I thought designing my house would take a lot of time and effort, but working with Marco was one of the most pleasant experiences of my life. He sits and listens to every concern I have and then comes up with these amazing drawings that addresses each of my single needs. Amazing team to work with, would definitely recommend them for new house designs or remodels.
