You were notified of lead times via email several days prior of your stove order and deposit being placed. 10/14 via email you were provided lead time and acknowledged it. 10/24 you put a deposit down for the stove. We called you the day prior to install to confirm your appointment for the morning. Our service team has a standing weekly meeting every Thursday morning that last about an hour, so I doubt very much we would quote you an arrival time that early for the marina area of Vallecito lake. It’s just not feasible. We did return your call, our installers called you at approx. 9 AM day of install, letting you know that they are on there way. That is 3 calls to you in less than 12 hours. You then verballing cussed out our installers at which point they called their Service Manager and he called you at which point you were so verbally aggressive, shouting at the phone, calling everyone names and using such foul language that it was decided too risky to send our installers to you home. Their safety is our utmost concern and we will never place them in an environment that is not free from verbal and/or physical aggression. At which point we notified you that you can pick up your stove or we would fully refund you.
We communicated with you, we were up front with you, we did not charge you for anything extra and were prepared to install the stove for you that day. You were the only install that team had that day and they would have finished it for you so you would have heat. In the history of our business we have never experienced such aggressive behavior to the point we have turned down the business.
