We have utilized Meyers Designs for a number of projects and he has been fantastic to work with. He has helped up with residential renovation projects at our primary residence and investment property to small and large commercial spaces we have needed his expertise on space planning, all A&E work and permitting services. Marc, the owner, is responsive, professional and innovative and I would highly recommend using him for any projects needing an architect is needed.

Our major home renovation was handled professionally in a very timely manor. This architect was involved from the concept stage until completion. He worked with our General Contractor to see that all issues were addressed promptly. We are very satisfied with the results!!

Commissioned Marc to design a three seasons room off our single family home. Marc developed the design, aesthetics, and build of the structure. Additionally, Marc assisted us in working with city planning commission to obtain a variance for the build. Meyers Designs was easy to work with in offering suggestions and constructive advice on options and opportunities in building a three season sanctuary that we enjoy day after day.

We hired Marc Meyers to design and architect our home remodel. He definitely delivered on our vision and helped to give us a spectacular home that our growing family needed. Tasked with taking a 1939 Cape Cod and adding an addition, front porch and dormers, Marc created a layout and design that we loved. He was able to keep the charm of the house and our historic Elmhurst neighborhood, while giving us something that looked new and like it had always been there. He also assisted greatly with the engineering aspects with the builder to provide proper roof lines and sound structural counsel. We highly recommend Meyers Designs!

Had the pleasure of working with Marc for my room addition in Schaumburg in 2005. He's easy going, has great ideas, delivers quality on time, and is always available if you have a question or concern. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend Marc and his company for any or all of your remodeling needs.
