Central Florida Landscaping and Maintenance, Inc. is a family owned and operated full service landscape and irrigation company. Founded by Paul and Beverly Bonadonna and their three sons Paul Bonadonna Jr., Rick Bonadonna and Marc Bonadonna in Oviedo, Florida in 1989. What started out as a father and his three sons mowing lawns for family and friends mostly after school and on weekends has blossomed into one of our areas most trusted and respected Landscape Design and Installation Companies. At Central Florida Landscaping and Maintenance, Inc. we are proud of our modest beginnings, the lessons learned in the those early years still have a major role in our company today. Took money and did not do the job promised then disappeared. Costs me more money to fix what they did wrong.

We recently had our entire yard done. We had everything taken out and they started from scratch. They installed a paver area with a fire pit, new sod and a variety of plants. They advised me on what plants would do well in the area and which ones wouldn’t. They worked with our very strict HOA and did an amazing job. We had the same crew the entire time. They were a friendly, hardworking, and trustworthy crew. I would use them and again and have recommended them to everyone who has asked. People walk by our yard all the time and compliment us on how great it looks. As a matter of fact we spend more time outside because of the amazing job they did. The whole experience was great from the quote to the end.

My backyard was in desperate need of repair. The wood deck was constantly needing repairs and the yard was washing away as grass wouldn’t grow in the heavily shaded yard. I called CFL for help. They came to look at the yard and discussed what I was looking for and within a few days came back with a plan that addressed all of my concerns (and more). The price quote was certainly fair for the work that was to be completed. They arrived to begin the work on schedule and all work was completed within a few days. End result, I have a beautiful, multi-tiered paver deck with plants that will grow in the shaded area. CFL left the area clean and beautiful when they completed the job and I am completely satisfied with my new yard. I highly recommend CFL for your landscape needs.

I want to thank Paul and his Team CFL for a job well done!They understood my vision of what I now call my Space of Tranquility. I walk out to my lovely new gazebo and enjoy my cup of tea while watching nature take me away. The placement of the butterfly garden in addition of the small Koi pond surrounded by the perfect combination of stone and foliage brings it all together. Dreams come True, thank you Paul.

My wife and I hired Central Florida Landscaping for a backyard Renovation around our pool. We love the the water features and the way the yard appears to have a natural look. They have a creative eye with an Aggressive approach which made us feel more than comfortable. They have an Acute awareness of cost and a almost magical touch reflecting the finished results. Our neighbors can't believe how fast and beautiful the project looks . We are very pleased. We will refer to our friends Definitely . Thank you again Central Florida Landscaping

They didn't show up on the day they were supposed to. Their office had no clue as to when they were going to come. They finally did the work, showing up at erratic times. Some of the plants seemed old and marginal, but they said to call them quickly so that they could determine any problems. My Haas Avacado fell over when they planted it and then fell over 2 days later. Three weeks later it totally died. I called and emailed them repeatedly to replace it under their warranty. After three weeks of a couple of promises to replace it, which never happened, I told them I was keeping an email trail, and they replaced the tree with no notice to me. Just walked in the yard even though they knew I had dogs that are sometimes our. The tree turns out to not be a Haas Avacado, but a Winter Mexican Avacado, which is a less expensive and less desirable tree. I also have six blueberry bushes which are struggling and they admitted that, but said they'd be back to check on them. Based on my experience so far, I doubt that very much. They don't honor their warranty, and once you have paid them, forget about it. I spent a great deal of money with company and i would not recommend them.

Marianne, we are sorry that you felt you had to leave this review . We offered to add irrigation to the trees so you would not have any issues with them but you declined our bid. We added water bags to the trees to help that were supposed to be kept full, when we returned to your yard to replace the tree the bags had been removed this should have automatically voided your warranty but we replaced the tree at no cost to you.
