Be forewarned!! This business is the worst! Upon installation of my absolute black leathered granite countertop, the technicians actually scratched the finish during transport. They proceeded to rub the scratches with sandpaper and then seal. As a result, the finish was uneven and showed the rubbings. They came back and proceeded to cover the entire countertop with abrasive cleanser and again rubbed with sandpaper. Needless to say, there is no more leather finish on the top -- it is dull and lifeless -- and the rub marks are still obvious. The photos speak for themselves. Please note, Sezen, don't bother to respond since your mantra of "granite is a natural stone and has cracks and veins, etc., etc." is your answer to any and every complaint.

It was truly our pleasure to work with Sezen and her team at Marble Works Design. From the start, my husband and I marveled at Sezen’s level of professionalism and eye for deign in assisting us with our kitchen renovation. The quartz is beautiful and reasonably priced. However, what I am really reviewing is the customer service. First, living in an old building there is not a right angle in the place. I was so impressed that every piece fit and the corners were perfect. Also, when we had an issue with the caulking (totally my fault - I got it wet) they kindly came back to replace it at no charge. Superb work and excellent customer service. I can't say enough good things.

We started with the Kitchen countertop. Chris was very patient, precise and prompt in supporting us in our design phase. Their pricing is very competitive, so we always have peace of mind that we are buying the best product, with seamless smooth timely service and at best price in market. Now we are more of a repetitive customer. We went back to them again for our subsequent renovation projects of bathrooms vanity countertops.

Chris was incredibly helpful during our initial phase of Kitchen countertop selection. Templating team was exceptionally detail oriented and asked the right design question. Similarly superb experience during installation, when they solved for a problem corner of the countertop. Chris provided great support during the various stages. We went back with Vanity counter tops and then for Master Batch Countertop. Sezen sets the organization culture for providing superb customer experience. Thanks Marble works team.

Had counter tops installed yesterday. Can’t say enough about the Marble Works team everyone from helping with selection of slabs to ordering to templates to installation crew were professional. Excellent job we couldn’t be happier!

Sezen had a great eye for picking out a remnant that matched our countertops to change our butcher block island. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Delivery and installation was breeze! Would definitely recommend them for any home improvements.

I was using 1.2cm Neolith for a contemporary kitchen installation. I had read it was very difficult to work with. Marco was my installer and he is a true craftsman. Not only did this company do a PERFECT job with the fabrication and installation of this product they were always willing to work around my schedule which was not easy as I don't live in the city on a full time basis. Could not have been happier.

Sezen’s knowledge and expertise were obvious from the start. We were simply referred to her by a local kitchen design shop and she’s been wonderful, start to finish. We had numerous hiccups in the build of our kitchen, all of which she adjusted to easily, and handled professionally and beautifully. I would definitely work with her and Marble Works again.

Marble work cut and installed my stone countertops and backsplashes. Peter has been amazing and his crew top notch. They did a perfect and flawless work. I am very impressed by their work and by how meticulously Peter supervised things. I heartily recommend them.

We recently used Marble Works for our kitchen counter tops and they did an outstanding job. Christopher took his time explaining things to us and even took us into the shop to see how the counter tops were made. We are thrilled with the finished product and thought the price was very reasonable and we would recommend Marble Works without hesitation.
