Your Mantel Company Inc.

I have avoided writing this review for well over a year but have decided I want to protect others from going through what we have with Your Mantel Company. We worked with Pierre to design, build and install our concrete fireplace mantel. Less than a month after it was installed, a 1/4” wide crack running completely through it appeared. Pierre came to the house and immediately said it cracked because his installer had installed it incorrectly. He said it would take a week to make another one and come back to install the new one correctly. That was over a year ago and Pierre has not returned my calls or text messages. We are extremely disappointed with our $3500 mantel which has now caused several stubbed and bleeding toes.

Your Mantel Company transformed our fireplace! We did not think it was possible, but the created the fireplace of our dreams. Francois and his team were helpful, professional, communicative, and friendly. I highly recommend Your Mantel company and will contact them again for future projects! (Outside fire pit)

Pierre and Francois, owners of Your Mantel Company, are incredible to work with!! I use them on all my projects and continue to refer them to my network. My mantels always end up being the master piece of the house . Pierre and Francois both pay really close attention to every detail and will guarantee satisfaction. We recently had a fireplace mantel installed by Pierre from Your Mantel Company and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Pierre was readily available by text or phone to answer questions. He personally came onsite multiple times to give advice and provided multiple color samples for our selection. During installation Pierre was onsite with the installers who are very experienced and personable. We highly recommend him.

I just got my BEAUTIFUL mantel today. This company was professional, fast and does incredible work. Very knowledgeable about fireplaces as well - not just mantels. I'm going to wait to post before and after pics until my hardwood floors are in. I love the fact this company manufacturers the mantels themselves so the prices are great (without the middleman costs). Thanks Pierre and Francoise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pierre was a pleasure to work with. He came to my house on time for the initial estimate and brought pictures and sample stone colors. He helped me make decisions on style and color. I was very confused on the correct color of the mantel so he returned a few days later with larger hearth pieces. I decided that an "in between" color would be best so he custom made the color for me. The finished product and color was perfect! The installation took less than one day and had minimal mess. The final price for the mantel was less than half of the other estimates I received. I love my mantel and would highly recommend Pierre and his company. He was always professional and his service was excellent!

5/29/2014 These guys were very informative, answered all my question through our building process. Then made a custom Mantel to fit for under $1,500.00 installed. Great service ! Great Product. Looks like stone. We could not be happier. 7/17/15 This is my first choice for a Mantel Company, Pierre & François are the dynamic duo. These brothers can transform your living room into a luxury getaway. This is the second Mantel I have had them custom made. Customer service is outstanding I would rate them a 6 on a scale of one to five. Mantel looks like stone, I have had so many complements on the first house I remolded I had to bring them to my beach house in Laguna. This mantel looks even better than the last one. Thanks Guys! We had remodeled our house, and were thinking of getting a nice, classic looking mantel. After driving around town, and seeing some overpriced mantels, I started researching the internet. I called "Your Mantel Company", and got to speak to Pierre, who was very professional, gave me some advise and directed us to some pictures. We felt so confident with his description, that we did not even bother driving to the showroom, since we were leaving town for a weekend getaway. When we returned, Pierre called and informed us that the mantel is ready. His guys brought it in, and installed it. They did a good and clean job. We LOVE our mantel. Pierre and his team from Your Mantel Company were superb. Very professional, delivered what they promised in a timely manner and right within budget. We were so happy when they completed our initial project in the family room that we immediately decided to request a second project for our living room. They did a great job in making the mantel and installing. The item was as described and was made with good quality. He had samples to show which were very helpful in deciding as I was not familiar with that particular product. After I did research, I was interested and went ahead with ordering the "Tuscan" fireplace mantel, desert color, medium texture and with a raised hearth for my Mediterranean style new construction. Great customer service! I would highly recommend them to others, especially for the great price.

I had the pleasure meeting Pierre via his online advertisement. Since first day I met him , he was diligent and pleasant to work with. He had the cost of my project in mind and provided a product which needed no demolition cost and was easy to install. He measured my fireplace and turned around an amazing contemporary fireplace in a short period of time. I highly recommend your mantel company and look forward to work with them in my next project
