Malibu Wired

Malibu Wired- Wired my whole condo for 3 TVs, ethernet and cable box. Installed 7 made to order Triad speakers in my living room / kitchen ceiling with dual zone receiver and Control4 system. All that within 2 days of work and minimum amount of debris. The Control4 system is awesome and easy to use. The all-in-one remote makes everything so convenient. The workers were very professional and were not pushy. Would definitely recommend!

Malibu Wired is the company I chose to do all my home audio and visuals. I’m super excited I did! They did a phenomenal job! They rewired my entire home. They installed speakers on every floor including the balconies and they installed the entire home automation system! They not only provide the greatest products, but they also are very helpful in helping customers understand how to use the products they install! They spent a good amount of time making sure I was comfortable working the entire system! The greatest part about them is their customer service! Any issues or any problems they were their to help! Didn’t matter when it was! These guys are number 1 and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to install any home or business audio or visual systems!

Built a brand new house from ground up. Vladimir was referred to me and I decided to use him. Big mistake. If you are looking for something quick and simple they might be a good company. But for anything more complex that would require more communication or simple scheduling it gets messy. Vlad outsourced the programming of my system to a subcontractor who showed up to my house after 6pm or between classes. After a few late appointments I called Vlad to let him know that I didn't feel comfortable with the schedule so he sent Victor over (new guy) who is great,(probably the best thing Malibu wired has) however not what is needed for such project. Victor would come by a few hours between or after job. Keep in mind that this was a 100k job. Its been a year since I moved into my new home and my system still doesn't work. I go to sleep with all might lights off and in the morning they are magically on. This is one of many issues we have. Vlad makes appointments to come over and finish the project however its primarily to pick up progress payments. He also booked a Saturday appointment and didn't show up or call for that matter. So I found a new programmer, turn out to be an old friend. I called to let Vlad know and it turns out that he knows him. I then get a call from my new programer saying that its a bit complicated since he buys most of his Control4 equipment from Malibu wired and if I need to talk to Vlad first before we can continue. Being in the building trade I work with many sub, Malibu wired was the worst of all and made this project very difficult. To date, my system is not complete and there is still a balance owed to Malibu wired. When you get to really know Vladimir, he is selfish and careless!

Tommy and his team are amazing. They did a very complex system and it functions really well. Most importantly, they listen to what we want and trouble shoot until it's right. Malibu Wired just updated the entire Audio/Video System for my home. They were amazing. Tommy's tech. expertise is top notch. And the customer service is exceptional. I will definately refer all my friends and clients to them from now on!!
