2007, Creation of Architropic Surl, Malagasy Architectural company registered with the Malagasy Association of Architects. 2011 Creation of Architropic Ltd, a Mauritian Architectural company registered with the Professional Architects Council of Mauritius. ARCHITROPIC Ltd and Surl are architectural agencies specialized in tropical regions. The two firms are working closely together on residence programs, hotel and school facilities, urban development and landscaping... With our integration into the local and regional professional network, our experiences enable us to address and manage complex programs with a very rigorous methodology for demanding customers on the quality level, from design to European standards, with respect to the objectives of schedules and costs. In providing you with our experience, we offer effective support through all stages of the project until completion. We consider your needs and financial possibilities and help you showcase your tastes, your desires and your way of life in a specific context. With attention to context and environment, we will also advice in the choice of techniques and materials adapted to a tropical climate (cyclonic risk, winds, humidity level, sunny climate...) and to characteristics of land (orientation, soil type, natural landscape, local regulations ...).
