My husband and I selected Maite Granda Studio for the interior design of our home purchased back in 2018 at The Gables. It was a complete interior renovation, including the demo of some interior walls to open up the spaces. Maite's vision of the spaces was amazing, from the initial consultation to the space planning, layout, and design of each room including the kitchen, cabinets, appliances, hardware, and the entire selection of all the furniture, materials, colors, fixtures, and even window treatment. Every detail was important to us since it may be ours forever home. We are now enjoying our newly renovated house and can't wait for Maite to photoshoot the project to show you all the final results which to us is beautiful! We will always be grateful to Maite and her team for the time, love, and all the energy invested in our home. Thank you all.

Maite Granda has been the designer for our family for number of years. From my first apartment in Miami to my house in Madrid . Her kind eye for designs , beauty elegance, and and the importance of a well-balanced environment is a must for all our homes. Maite created a soft color palette for us that flows throughout the entire house creating an oasis of peace and contrast that we truly enjoyed. What we must appreciate about Maite and her team is her ability to work on a project with little effort on our part . We have come to trust Maite and her team in a manner where we pretty much sign off her work without comment and we hope Interiors by Maite Granda will continue to be our design firm for years to come .

For work reasons, my company moved me to Miami (Key Biscayne) from Spain and we had to hire an interior design company to furnish and decorate the new apartment to feel as if it was our own home. Searching through Houzz we loved the style and the variety of magnificent work done by Mayte Granda. While still in Spain, we contacted her for a videoconference and connected from the very first moment. We told her our style and we let ourselves be carried away by her recommendations and proposals. She adapted to the budget we had assigned and the result was completely satisfactory. We gave him total confidence to execute the work from a distance, he took the project with great seriousness and professionalism and the surprise for my family was to arrive in Miami and have the whole house ready to open it with all luxury of details. The small details are what make good people great. My children and my wife are delighted with Mayte and her team for the work done. I recommend them 100x100 to anyone interested in acquiring their services.

We hired Maite based on the good reviews that we found here at houzz, after the first meeting she seems very creative, with plenty of ideas until she got the payment. Maite works on a full payment basis. In March,2021 we decided to invest our savings trusting Maite and giving her the full contract payment with the promise we will have our beautiful designs ready in 3-4 months. We promptly respond all the questions and completed all the questionary. After 3 months of not hearing anything about Maite and the design we start contacting them. Ana which is the person in charge to make all the excuses and gain time, (she is very creative by the way) start gaining time. We were told that we will have the presentation in 2 weeks, but nothing happened, not even a phone call to let us know that the meeting was cancelled. After 45 days of that conversation we had our 1st presentation, that presentation looked like very poorly done, with bad quality renders (I heard later that the actual designer was overseas and Maite only does a final touch, which in our case she didn't have the time do make them) made it. There were none of the great Maite ideas that she talked about in the first meeting. There were many of the rooms missing as well. I took a full day to write my detailed review, room by room, with pictures and renders made by myself. After another 45 days we heard that they are working on the presentation. (August 20th, 2021) But nothing happen until October 26,th. They setup a new meeting and they keep us waiting and nobody showed up. After that things got really intense and we requested a in person meeting with the whole team. They came and basically they showed us the same as before and at this point we decided to finish the project asap and get things done. Today December 22th, 2021, we don't have a list of furniture to buy, colors palette to paint walls, elevations to fabricate furniture....we have nothing, zero. They don't reply emails, and when you call, more excuses....... Conclusion, make yourself a favor and look somewhere else. But they have been very receptive to my requests and have created a beautiful design capitalizing on the view and pulling it into the apartment. The greatest talent a designer can have is the keen ability to "get" their client-to fully understand their desires and dreams. This is not easy nor does it come naturally to many designers. But Maite has this special aptitude in spades. Once you fully can capture a client's vision, everything else is secondary. From our first meeting Maite knew I wanted to infuse my favorite city, Paris, into our design, while staying true to Miami living. The result was nothing short of spectacular- a home that brought in my favorite elements of our Paris apartment- cool tiles, an antique mirror along with Miami stylings of a white glossy new floor, airy bedroom and arranging everything just so that our water views were brought into the apartment. I had always designed our other homes up north, but when we decided to move permanently to Miami and downsize in the process, I could not quite grasp on how to do this myself. I'm so glad I didn't tackle this myself, but instead hired Maite to do it all. If you want the apartment or house of your dreams, Maite will make it happen. On top of it all, not only is she talented, but she's fun, has a great sense of humor, is super comfortable to be around and an overall really lovely person.

Recently I hired the services of the designer Maite Granda for my new house, my intension was not a full time designer since I did not have the budget for it. After a telephone interview we agreed that the service would be a two-hour visit for $ 500 at the jobsite. At first I had my doubts if it would be the right thing but I needed a guide to start any remodeling or change to avoid previous mistakes. My experience was very positive and valuable, in those two hours Maite suggested all the changes that she considered appropriate to enhance the space, recommendation of floors, wall colors, lighting, window treatment as well as some changes at the kitchen counter. My biggest concern was how to integrate my art collection into the new spaces and according to my style. In the end my experience has been extraordinary and I highly recommend to all those people who buy houses that seek professional help as I did. Maite Granda and her team are a pleasure to work with.
