We had a really great experience at Main St. Oriental Rugs. The owner was very helpful and helped us learn about the different types of rugs as we were shopping. Didn’t feel pressured, and instead got a nice exposure to many different types of rugs until we found the one that was right for us. His staff were equally helpful and patient as we looked through several! We are very happy with our beautiful Persian carpet! Would definitely recommend Main St. Oriental Rugs to others. I recommend that you study the online inventory ahead of time and come to the store with a list of the rugs you want to look at; otherwise, 3000 rugs can be overwhelming! MOJAN BAGHA AND HIS TEAM AT MAIN STREET ORIENTAL RUGS ARE MAGICIANS!!! We have a large 10 x 14 Portuguese needlepoint rug that has been in our family room for many years. Due to kids, dogs, and many feet there were several holes in the rug and the fringe on the edges was worn and hanging off in many places. We were told by a number of people who deal in rugs that there was no way to fix it, to throw it away, and buy a new rug - and then we found Main Street Oriental Rugs and Mr. Bagha. He came out to see our rug, said they could repair it, suggested we remove the ugly fringe, and said that we would have it back in 2-3 months. He and his helper were professional, courteous, and very careful moving our furniture so that they could take the rug. Tonight our rug was delivered and it is perfect. It is clean, has much nicer edges without the fringe, and Mr. Bagha gave us a brand new pad. The price for our repair was fair and significantly less than buying a new comparable rug (if we could find one). I can't recommend Main Street Oriental Rugs highly enough and am so happy that we found them!

After our daughter’s dog ate the corner of our oriental rug, Main Streets Rugs did a phenomenal job cutting it down and rebinding it. The results were beautiful and perfect. The job was done quickly and the process was carefully and politely explained.

Mr Bagha really knows his rugs and how to bring them back to life. He did so with my 3 Persian rugs that suffered a flood. He picked them up within an hour that I called - he dropped them off just days later. They look better than new. Rugs like we own cost a fair amount of money and special cleaning is required- Main Street Oriental Rugs IS THE BEST to invest your rugs with.

Mainstreet Rugs did an excellent job helping us with our new stair runner. The owner took time helping us find the right carpet. The new runner is beautiful, and the installation was perfect.

I recently brought in a rug I purchased 30 years ago. I had never cleaned it and it was badly in need of fringe repair. Both jobs were handled excellently. The rug looks like new!
