Team is very professional and meticulous. Work is done w/superb quality and they are knowledgable about every aspect of the home they build. They are extremely helpful with any questions and go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. Bob has really set the bar high for other builders. I would definitely buy from them again!

Our experience with Main Street Properties and Development was nothing short of remarkable. If anything needed to be fixed or adjusted, they would show up within days to handle it. We worked closely with Bob McGarty who is responsive, thoughtful and kind. This type of individual is not what you would normally expect when dealing with home construction. Vine & Branch Woodworks

Vine & Branch Woodworks was chosen to build and install the cabinetry for Main Street Properties in their Cardinal Crest Community. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Joe, Bob and the team on the first home in this community. We are in a lot of new construction projects throughout the Charlotte NC region and they build one of the best! We look forward to working with Main Street Properties on the complete build out of this community and many others! If you are looking for a top tier custom home builder there is no reason not to work with Main Street Properties!
