We were looking to design and build our first custom home. From the beginning design phase to the final nail, Fred helped us to make our dream home a reality. I appreciated his feedback and guidance, especially when it came to spending money for extras. I hired them to remodel my kitchen. They were by far the best price and the quality of the cabinets and countertop is very good. They also reconfigured the kitchen, moving a wall and closing a doorway as well as installing the back splash, appliances, sink and open shelving. They came when they said they would, kept me appraised of any issues and did an excellent job of communicating throughout the entire process. I absolutely love my new kitchen! I highly recommended them.

We had a great experience with Perfect Trades. Fred went over our original plan with us, made made good suggestions to our original plan and gave us good time & dollar estimates. He followed through, doing what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for the cost he had estimated. The result was a great job, on time and on cost. We hired Perfect Trades to complete a small bathroom renovation in our home. Everything was done quickly, professionally and for the amount agreed upon. Time estimates were followed through with. The scope of the work included removal of an old bathtub, re-tiling wall, patching drywall that was cut from water damage and blending the seems. We would absolutely recommend hiring Perfect Trades.

Fred is a man of his word. We were pressed on time and had a budget. He worked with it and gave us ideas for designs. He physically carved wood to deisgn our kitchen. Not to mention he also did our master bathroom redesign and cabinets in guest bathrooms. We then added our floor and exterior paint. His main concern was that we were happy and that customer service was excellent! We would use him again and again and would give him 10 stars out of 5.

We hired Fred to replace a 24 year old in cabinet stove and range hood. Of course could not find the same size stove. Fred did extensive work to alter my existing cabinets and counter top to fit this new stove. None of us knew how extensive this job would turn out to be at the beginning. Even though it was a much more involved process Fred kept to his price estimate and did not charge more. The work he did is fantastic. He even fixed a few other things for me while he was here. Will definitely be calling him for future projects

I was having a complete rehab done on the house I just purchased, and after speaking with numerous contractors I was extremely impressed with Fred from Perfect Trades Llc. He was very informative, and most importantly he was focused on detail, and very knowledgeable in all areas of construction. I decided to use Fred for the job, and I was extremely happy I did. I actually hired him for putting new cabinets in the kitchen only, and while other contractors came to give me an estimate on painting, granite countertops, etc. while Fred was there, which I thank God he was there. The prices that were given to me by these contractors were ridiculously expensive, so I said I will think about it and get back with them. After they left, Fred said I can do the painting, (the entire inside and outside of house), and also have granite installed at a much better price. When he told me the entire price for everything, I was floored, is was extremely less expensive than the other prices from the contractors. Fred is so diversified in all areas of renovations, and he does the job extremely well and does not cut corners at all, and again, he focuses on detail. So if you are considering have any work done, and I mean any work, please give Fred a call, you will be so pleased with his work. Fred is so easy to talk to and will work with you on your ideas, and never complains, he just works steadily along until the project is finished. I am so impressed with his work and our relationship, I am not only a client, we are now Fred's friends for life, he's that type of person, friendly, respectful, considerate and just an all around great guy. Oh, one very important fact I forgot to mention. When painting the outside of the house, he sealed every single crack, and I mean every crack before he started to paint. Other painters would just paint and not seal, and he still came in less expensive. Unbelievable is his attention to detail and perfection. I first hired Fred late last year and now he is my GO-TO Handyman!! He's done everything from fixing door handles (without even being asked!) to building custom cabinets to installing a kitchen for me!!I Fred is a very talented individual.
