Madison Park Custom Homes is exactly how they advertise; CUSTOM. They ensure the client is always happy and satisfied with their home from the design all the way through the completion of the build. They never put any pressure on myself or my family on what they thought needed to be in the house. Their flexibility and adaptability to change the plans and design of the house in the middle of the build was fantastic. My wife and I were always changing our minds on what we wanted in our home and all it took was a phone call to the Contractor. They would then provide a quote or cost guide for the changes and if we decided to go ahead with these changes, Madison Park Custom Homes ensured the plans were changed and all effected trades were made aware. Madison Park was very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. They made building a Custom Home enjoyable and as least stressful as possible.
