Sir. I am sorry for the bad experience. You could have called me instead of going this route. It is wrong that you have decided to discredit me with these false reviews. I will be happy to address your false claims. First, the $600 your wife paid me was to paint the Office and for the ceiling drywall repair and touch up- with the paint you provided. You make no mention of that when you say that you paid me $600 to touch up your home. The touch up portion of the job is less than a coffee cup full of paint . Let's get that straight. Secondly, the touch up paint "you provided" matched the ceiling repair perfectly. You also witnessed a match after we put a sample up and allowed it to dry when I initially came out to quote your job. Once the Office and the ceiling repair was successfully completed, your wife watched as we touched up and happily paid us on June 20th, 2018. The paint was still wet when we left at the end of the day. She contacted me a week later saying that the touch up suddenly did not match. I told her that we were leaving to go on vacation the next day and that I would follow up with her as soon as I got back. I did not disappear for over a week as you claim. As promised, as soon as I got back, I called to set up an appointment to come look at the few areas where your touch up paint did not match. I offered you a few options such as tinting it lighter and solving the situation easily or painting the wall corner to corner. I offered an open calendar to accommodate your schedule. You refused and instead have gone on a rampage to take revenge leaving several slanderous reviews on several sites. Per your request, I have sent you a refund of the $100 to cover the touchup areas. So what could I have done differently? I followed up with your wife as promised. I did not run off for 6 days and leave you hanging as you claim. You never tried to get a hold of me, in fact you never called me . Your wife was the only one corresponding on this and I had already set up my returning to your house to assess the problem. For some reason, you have decided to accuse me of being unscrupulous out in the public market place.
