Horrible experience. I strongly recommend not to purchase from this company. I ordered a light 9 weeks ago for $795 (the payment was deducted from my account promptly). I’ve not received the light and have had over a dozen failed attempts to contact anyone through their customer service channels. The phone number listed on customer service goes to a mailbox that is full and at this point, I’m convinced it’s a fraudulent company. It’s a shame. But beware.

Horrible experience. I would NOT buy from this company. I had to file a claim through PayPal to get them to return my item. They say "100% MONEY GUARANTEE" on their website, which is curious because does that mean money BACK guarantee? That was not the case with me. I ordered the Lindsey Adelman chandelier and it took over 6 weeks to arrive (website says it was "in stock") and while I was waiting and Eric was not being helpful, I decided to cancel the order. They didn't honor that request but sent anyway (was shipping from China). When the light finally arrived, it was not as described. Built very cheaply, did not balance, screws stripped on the light. When I asked to return the item, Eric ghosted me and didn't return any emails. I had to reach out to PayPal to begin a claim. PayPal made me ship back to China ($180 later) to complete the return. I don't know if this will ever resolve. I gave Eric ample time to reply to me and accept a return but to no avail. I would not buy from this company!

Great company. Super prompt response and great work and service, very easy to communicate with and they were very helpful when I first contacted them, would definitely recommend.

I was looking for a statement piece for my live edge dining room table. came across this beautiful piece at Zora lighting. The fabrication did take a couple of weeks and arrived a little after Thanksgiving. The product was packaged amazingly well. I could not be happier with the piece and the overall look it creates. Looks just as beautiful during the day.

Ordered lighting for an international project, and customer service was great. The light is gorgeous, and I would order from Zora again.

Good service but delivery needs to be more secured in safety. I am asking a few more glass replacement and still waiting.
