We bought a kitchen tap from Lusso Stone about 15 months ago for £695. The tap leaked, we had a plumber visit to fix but he was unable to do so and the tap had to be replaced. Lusso replaced the tap however we did have to pay the plumber again to install the tap. The new tap then started to only dribble out water as opposed to having running water from the boiling water tap which wasn’t fixed. This time we decided it was time to go to buy an alternative tap from a more reliable company. Lusso agreed to refund but yet again we had to pay for the plumber to take the tap out. Lusso made the refund alot of hassle and it took about a month, many emails and calls to get the refund. From start to finish it has been a pretty bad experience that we’d like others to have the opportunity to avoid. The reason for the 2 stars in place of 1 is because the tap does look good.

Lusso's customer service have resolved an issue I had with a tap and were very proactive.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Lusso, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. I placed an order with them on the 17th of April, hoping that by June all the items would be in stock and ready for delivery. The sales team assured me that they had plenty of time to fulfill the order, and I had no reason to doubt their claims. However, my optimism quickly turned into frustration and disappointment. Last week, when I reached out to inquire about the status of my order, I was shocked to learn that the bath mixer was still "in production." How is it possible that a company as supposedly reputable as Lusso cannot manage to have their products readily available for customers? This delay has caused a severe setback to my project, and I am now forced to scramble for alternatives in order to meet my deadline. To add insult to injury, when the shower set finally arrived, it came with parts missing. It is absolutely absurd that a company cannot even ensure that all the necessary components are included in their product. It shows a complete lack of attention to detail and quality control. Not only did this further delay my project, but it also forced me to spend additional time and money trying to source the missing parts. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with Lusso. Their promises and guarantees turned out to be empty words. The sales team's assurance that they had plenty of time to fulfill my order was nothing but a blatant lie. If you are someone who values delivery timing and relies on companies to meet their commitments, I strongly advise you to steer clear of Lusso. Their incompetence and lack of professionalism have caused me unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. In conclusion, I urge anyone who is considering doing business with Lusso to think twice and look elsewhere. Their inability to deliver on time, coupled with the fact that their products arrive with missing parts, is simply unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and frustration by avoiding this company at all costs.

We could not be happier - bathroom of dreams :) The quality of each item is outstanding. Every item was packaged beautifully. The customer service we received from Jo Donnelly was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We had a few issues, which were dealt with immediately. The service from Josh Flatman at the warehouse was great, he made sure everything was sent out on time. Seriously guys, there is no where else to buy your new bathroom from!! We are now moving on to our Downstairs WC, so excited and can't wait to purchase from Lusso Stone again.

I had a breakage on the August bank holiday so sent an email the same day inquiring about a replacement part, not expecting a reply for a few days, but I received one within minutes. With a few exchanges of emails and a telephone call, the replacement part was ordered and paid for, so a drama was averted with their exemplary service.

David at Lusso went above and beyond to help resolve my query. Great communication from all the customer service team at Lusso. Beautiful products with a great team to back them up. Thank you!

As a designer I have been buying from Lusso for many years. They usually assist me with all my issues, which I feel they would as they offer no TRADE discount what so ever and designers need to ay the full retail price if they want to use their products. I purchased a couple of bathrooms from tthem recently and also some door handle sets, I had one door handle set left over at the end of my project.. It was still in the box and in perfect selling condition unused. They refused a refund as it was over 14 days since my purchase. This is the worst customer service I have ever come across, as we designers return time and time again to purchase for our projects. It is not like we are a one time customer who may never return again/ Sadly I am very disappointed with a company I really liked previously

Lusso provided us with two lovely bathrooms. The products are gorgeous and they went above and beyond to help us with a replacement door! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
