I am very pleased with Lunardi Decor. Great job from start to finish. I really enjoyed the initial service, gave me a lot of credibility in the projects and 3D images. The 3D images helped me a lot to understand what my house would look like and gave me security of what I really wanted and the end result of my house was identical to the 3D project. In the summer of 2019, I had Lunardi Décor remodel my home. My experience with this company has been excellent. The designer created a modern, elegant design which I really liked, and the products installed were high quality. Lunardi exhibited excellent customer service skills providing me good feedback through all phases of the work. The project was completed on time and money without any hassles. Sub-contractors were very professional, and I felt safe having them enter my home. My experience with this company was exceptional, so I am glad to provide this recommendation. It was a pleasure to work with Lunardi Decor.

I am just returning from my final meeting with Lunardi Décor and I must say I am very displeased with the service their company provided. When we originally signed our contract we were told a timeline of 45-60 days. In a week from today, it would have been 10 MONTHS of working with them. This is one of those dishonest companies that takes on more work than they can handle which is evident by the remainder of this review. Shortly after signing the contract the communication became very poor. They went through 3 assistants and the owner/designer of the company would refuse to answer questions and push me off to the new assistants that did not understand the details of our project. I understand we were very demanding clients, as anyone should be who is asked to pay 100k dollars for a kitchen upgrade. By the end we felt victimized by the owner as if it was our fault for the poor timeline management, communication, and errors on the line item contracts that we signed and some which we didn’t sign. There were countless errors made by this company at our expense, including their contractors leaving the doors open with our AC running which left damage to our brand new AC, which we are still having issues with currently. Also the general contractor/part owner, which by the way was barely on the job site as he was busy with other jobs, made a lot of measuring mistakes including the kitchen design/layout where we had to pay close to two thousand dollars for another pantry because of the disproportional layout they left us with when they said we could only fit a 15’’ pantry where we now have a 30’’ pantry. We also had to pay extra for appliance installation through the appliance company, which was not communicated, and by the time the appliances arrived the layouts were not appropriate for the installers to install so then Lunardi retracted and tried to install most appliances themselves, cutting into our brand new cabinets and leaving some damage behind. Just to note all the specifications of the appliances were sent to them months in advance before install to avoid mistakes like this from happening. Quite frequently my husband and I would drive by the home to check on the progress and there would be weeks at a time where little to no progress was made, again reaching out to the owners with little to no response or excuses as to why work was not being done. Another thing I want to address is the invasion of privacy, twice I came home in the middle of the day to find the owners with “potential” customers showing them our home, without permission. Just because you are working in the home does not allow you the right to bring individuals in the home who are not employed by you. In fact even their employees should not be trusted as we caught them on our cameras snooping around other areas of the home not being worked on and were unreliable when it came to using their own tools. Many items from our garage went missing or were damaged because the workers came unprepared and with little remorse given by the owners for these missing or damaged items. Speaking of damage another instance that happened was the plumber forgot to connect a line to the ice maker in the bar, and water seeped through our master bedroom wall lifting the floors which were installed right before we moved into our home a little over 2 years ago. Again no remorse being provided from the owners. When you own a business and there is a timeline, in which paying customers are giving you the benefit of the doubt to follow, and work is expected to be done and then they give a bunch of B.S. excuses you know the company is not reliable. I urge you all to stay away from this company! Keep in mind due to limited characters allowed in the reviews I was unable to write more details of our experience with this company.

Dedicated to doing a good job, Lunardi is also attentive to customer wishes. If you are not sure what you want, no problem they can advise with good taste.

I would like to take a moment and thanks Lunardi Décor’s team for their help and commitment to helping us to choose our beautiful kitchen’s design, accessories and guide us thru the whole process. Sending us updates about the schedule and the next step. Making sure in person, that the job was completed on time, in a professional manner and with excellent quality. All workers were very professionals. We are really happy with our product, highly recommend this team.

Lunardi Decor did an outstanding job renovating my kitchen, from the design to the implementation of every last detail. Vanessa scheduled every stage & the project was seamless, every step of the way. It was a pleasure dealing with the team, & I look forward to the renovation of my bathrooms. Highly recommend!

My experience with Lunardi design was wonderful. Vanessa the designer helped us do a major renovation that included a new kitchen new floors paint, installation of new brick wall and bar. She also help me pick light fixtures and other decorative items. The quality of the work done was excellent as she had great workers do the job. The company really aims to make the customer happy.

Vanessa helped us design wall units in both our office and family room as well as freshening up our kitchen. It all can out fantastic. She has an amazing ability to pick the right colors.

I've known Vanessa and Leandro for 5 years now. The first time we met, I knew immediately that I wanted them to do my house, Vanessa and I clicked right away.. They are both very creative and talented. They painted our entire home in the most beautiful faux painting, with contrasting accent walls, and painted beautiful medallions for the ceiling, which will make your ceiling fan or light fixture look like a work of art! Now they will be renovating our daughters bathroom, new vanity, tile and paint.. Cannot wait to see how beautiful this will be..

These guys made an astonishing job in my home! All started with a fabulous consulting service provided by the interior designer Vanessa Lunardi, by guiding me with great customized remodeling ideas and, most importantly, affordable. On the execution phase, Leandro Lunardi passionately and tirelessly led his team while caring for the minimum details and making sure the final result was delivered exactly as projected. Excellent teamwork, I strongly recommend Lunardi Decor.

Had paneling applied to garage doors and then faux finished and stained. Within the first six months the paneling was warping and falling off of the doors. The stain was cracking and peeling. After repeated promises to repair they refused to return our calls, texts and emails. After another six months and an inability to open and close our garage door, we were forced to contract with another provider to have the entire project redone. EPIC FAILURE. DO NOT USE!!!

We had Victoria Faux Finish paint the entire interior of our 5700 sq. ft. home. Not only was Vanessa and her husband extremely knowledgable about paint colors, they were so helpful in the decision process. They were spot on with every room. They we so good that we had them come back and complete a faux finish on our garage doors and front french doors. We would highly recommend them.
