Fireplace Stone & Patio

My husband and I purchased two fireplaces and several pallets of real stone through Fireplace Stone & Patio. They were new to Kearney and I really believe in supporting home town business. I paid for the fireplaces and the stone in full immediately, as per contract. It took over 10 months, two contractors, and two masons to complete our project. Some of it was not their issue - most of it was. We had to cut into our new tile floor to reinforce the engineering of the fireplace as they had no idea how heavy their own stone would be. This cost us months and a lot of money. My second fireplace still "ghosts" and they have denied that it is their problem and will not help resolve the issue. I have to hire someone else to fix their fireplace. Our two different contractors were beside themselves and extremely frustrated with them. My front yard damage from their crew is still present even though they "fixed" it. Probably should give them one star. Very disappointed. Bottom line - the Kearney staff is very nice. They lack engineering knowledge, product knowledge, construction follow-thru and any type of warranty.

We have purchased two fireplaces from Fireplace, Stone and Patio and had them serviced periodically. They are both excellent, and the service has been exceptional.

Melissa is awesome and always knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a fire pit and grill and many accessories. We also bought our fireplaces there when we build our home. We always have had a great experience.

It was fascinating watching the crew replacing our old fireplace with a new, energy efficient gas fireplace and beautiful stonework. The store was very helpful when we were picking out what we wanted, and the crew left no mess behind. I was thrilled that there was no dust to clean up. Thanks, FS&P!

If you're wanting a new fireplace and great service, this is the place to go! They are very knowledgeable and professional. The job was completed in a timely manner and the quality of the job was well done. When I had questions later, they were prompt to respond. I recently recommended this company to a close friend.

Overpriced. without the quality to match. Visited looking for some custom work for our projects and found only what their suppliers offered with no value benefit or design inspired products. Not worth the trip. We tried to explain the style color we were looking for but if not on the show room they did not have it. Great for the Families who want the box store shopping experience.. Not for the designer or builder

We had stone placed on the front of our house. The workmanship far surpassed our expectations. The Quality is excellent. They here when they said they would be and finished ahead of expected time line.

Charley Jackson was interested in taking care of his customer. It was clear that this was his top priority. We were searching for a gas fireplace for a remodel in our home and not certain how to start. He took us through their display area and showed us the different models available and explained the different perks each model had. We left the store having all of our questions answered and never felt any pressure for a sale.
