Dishonest, unorganized, no follow through. Purchase a complete vent free Chesapeake Fireplace in September 2014, Was promised delivery 3-5 weeks. Arrived 9 weeks later missing Brick inserts and blower. Was told several times they should arrive "next week" Now the second week of February 2015 and the missing items not delivered, phone messages are ignored and not returned nor are emails replied to. Installation was also delayed 3 weeks due to several re-scheduling's by contractor because of delayed delivery promises. Do Not buy from this business
