We were so pleased with Lucas and his team. They arrived every day as planned. Lucas communicated with us and gave us thought out options along the way. We did an entire first floor renovation which included removing walls and adding supports, adding a powder room, entire kitchen, living room update, and new doors and windows. We love our new modern open space. We recommend Property Lab!

Lucas Platt did an amazing job renovating our bathrooms. Every time I step into our main bath room I feel a sense of joy. Our guest bathroom has become a favorite escape room for me. Beautifully renovated claw foot tub is the focal point with a wall paper design that receives a compliment every time some sees it for the first time. Lucas is professional and so is his team. He is responsive to feedback. I enjoyed exploring design ideas with him and watching the transformation in my home. The Property Lab crew was always considerate and left my home clean and orderly each day. Without reservation I recommend Property Lab.

Property Lab has completed three major renovation projects in my house in the last year plus, between October 2016 and December 2017. With each project, Lucas and his crew have been skillful, professional, timely and attentive to details. The projects have each turned out on time, with beautiful quality and knowledgable, budget-friendly problem solving, which is always necessary when working in an old house. I recommend Property Lab without reservation.

I can't say enough great things about Lucas and his crew. They have done a number of jobs over the years -- a cosmetic kitchen redo that was fabulous, for example. But last summer Property Lab transformed a sleeping porch with giant storage units to a profoundly magical office, with built-in shelves for my many books and a beautiful butcher-block desk. I an am author and journalist and it completely changed the way I am able to think and work. Additionally, Property Lab changed a dull, Ikea-esque bathroom with an icky old shower and cheap cabinets to an elegant one with a lovely bathtub, rainhead shower, and two sinks with a beautiful console with plenty of storage. It is stunning. But that's not the only thing: My husband and I have lived in many old houses all over the U.S., and have renovated many kitchens and bathrooms. This was by far the most painless, most communicative, most collaborative project we've ever had, and I can't recommend Lucas highly enough.

I have been nothing short of thrilled with my experiences using Property Lab thus far. The first job they did for me was a kitchen upgrade. Lucas not only made everything happen within a limited budget, but gave smart, creative and insight design advice. We all love our new kitchen. I have used him for more big jobs such as painting, repairs, and updating my basement. His estimates are accurate , he gave me multiple options in the price range and design style I was looking for, and the work is meticulous!!! What’s more, I really fealt comfortable having his crew in my home. They are hard working polite and pleasant to be around so I didn’t mind having work going on while I was at home. Can’t say enough....completely positive experience!!

Lucas Platt of Property Lab completed a much needed renovation of my kitchen. He has a keen artistic sense and exceeded my expectations with the renovation.
