Lowe's of Indian Trail,NC

Do not contract with this store for any remodeling projects. We had an awful experience. We signed a contract to have a new backsplash and granite countertops put in our kitchen. It should have taken a week, but ended up taking 3 months. Meanwhile, our kitchen was in shambles during much of this time. The contractor in charge was horrible; he hired incompetent subcontractors and never came to check their work. The backsplash people had to come back multiple times to fix issues. The granite people did too. In addition, the subcontractors damaged our cabinets, floors, etc., in the process and we had to push repeatedly to get the damages fixed. Once the project is started, Lowes Indian Trail won't help you in any way; you have to go thru Corporate to get issues resolved, which took forever. I could go on and on about all of the issues we experienced. Horrible communication. Shoddy work. Definitely would not recommend. Will never use Lowes again.

Helped me find everything I was needing for a home project and worked to help me find the best way to go about getting things done price wise.... Didnt try to sell me things that were not needed. Even sat and did the math with me to figure out which pavers were really going to give me the best cover for the cost! :)
