Landman Construction

Louis is an artist in carpentry, with a wealth of experience. He was our co-general contractor and finish carpenter when we built our house in 2007, and we recently hired him to do a custom built-in bookcase/cabinet this summer. When we built our house, he asked me what kind of trim I wanted for my doors and windows. I had no idea so I told him to surprise me. When I saw what he did, it surpassed what I imagined trim could look like. To this day, it is one of my favorite details of our house. This summer, he worked with me to design a new built-in that is both lovely and practical. Louis knows how to make things beautiful.

Louis Landman put in an extra bath and bedroom for me. He was able to produce plans and work in a clean timely manner. I still get compliments on the finish wood work which exactly matches the original Edwardian work.

I highly recommend Landman Construction. Whether working by bid or by hour and materials, Louis has a lot of energy and is on the job working steady. His fees are reasonable and you get your money's worth. He is totally trustworthy and I felt comfortable giving him the keys to my house, which he promptly returned at the end of the job. He provided all receipts for materials charged.
