Louis has installed kitchens and bathrooms at both houses we have lived in. He does a great job, timely and with a good eye for detail. Would definitely recommend him.

Louis is fantastic - we will now not use anyone else! His attention to detail, thorough approach and superb workmanship have given us the perfect ensuite we hoped for. Louis Colella was recommended to us by another satisfied customer when we moved into our bungalow, a barn conversion, in 2018. Since then he has renovated two bathrooms, both of them with non-standard construction. His work has been well planned, thorough and precise. He is himself highly skilled and proficient but uses a range of other craftsmen such painters, electricians and tilers as appropriate. He is meticulous in avoiding as far as possible any disruption or damage to the rest of the house. He has followed up to ensure that the bathrooms are working properly and has tackled the very few issues that have arisen with efficiency and courtesy. He is to be thoroughly recommended.

During 2017 we updated our house by adding a new Utility Room and a new Shower Room/toilet. In addition we updated the existing toilet, bathroom and kitchen, replaced the old Fuse Box, and wiring and installed recessed ceiling lighting. The whole project was managed by Louis Colella who also personally carried out the work except for construction of the Utility Room, the electrical work, plastering and painting which were subcontracted. When he was not actively involved Louis was a frequent visitor monitoring the other activities and discussing progress, problems, possible variations/improvements we might wish to consider and generally keeping us informed at every stage. I cannot say it was totally stress free - how could it be - but without Louis it could have been very unpleasant. Finally two years on we are still happy with the design/layout/quality and everything is still looking good and working well.

The installation project was organised very efficiently with effective liaison with other suppliers to ensure everything happened at the right time. Louis was also able to provide advice and explain the process so that the decisions were simpler to understand and make. The end result is great. I am very pleased with my kitchen.

Louis is by far the most thorough and attentive professional we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Our kitchen refit was a complex project, with other specialists needing to be involved, and after several false starts with larger organisations who couldn't seem to get their head around the service required, we had started to give up hope until we gave Louis a call. He was an absolute work-horse and extremely productive, whilst taking the same care & attention I could imagine him giving his own kitchen. We had a few niggles along the way, which is to be expected of a project that size, however whenever Louis had to share news of a problem he ALWAYS presented a solution at the same time, sometimes even more than one option. This is in stark contrast to the gleeful manner in which many other contractors communicate problems. From start to finish we felt he had complete ownership of our project which gave us absolute faith that we would be satisfied with the finished project. On top of everything else Louis was also a pleasure to have around and good company. We were so pleased with the work done that we have asked him to return next Spring to do an en-suite conversion in our daughter's bedroom. Could not recommend highly enough!

He helped us during the design process and his advice enabled us to choose something that worked both with a stylish modern approach but also on a functional and practical level too. Would highly recommend Louis for anyone wanting a complete kitchen transformation! We had an extension built, all internal walls knocked down to create one big open plan space so we literally had an empty shell to work with! Where we initially found it difficult to envisage what we could do with the space, Louis' ideas flowed and we were able to create our dream kitchen. Louis managed to create some amazing focal points in our kitchen especially making use of space under the stair well by creating a custom built unit to house the fridge & wine fridge. Also suggesting ideas we would never have thought of ourselves which just give the kitchen the added wow factor! (Multicoloured LED Lights above the units and also relocating washing machine to garage which was a tricky job to do but nothing was too much trouble) His attention to detail is second to none, and the finish on our kitchen is absolutely perfect. Louis always made time for us and we knew we could contact him anytime about any aspect of the kitchen transformation. Cannot recommend highly enough. Superb service all round !
