I have come to rely on the experienced technicians at Los Angeles HVAC Repair to do the job right the 1st time. Managing many residential and commercial spaces, our properties have different needs and Mark and his crew always crafts a custom solution for any situation. Knowing they're Diamond Certified is also reassuring - not easy to get this designation. The technicians are in unique position of needing to make tenants feel comfortable but also needing to have energy efficiency to help keep costs low. Los Angeles HVAC Repair helps accomplish both. They are my go to company for all our heating and cooling needs.

After waking up one morning and taking a cold shower I called Los Angeles HVAC Repair to come look at my water heater. This was during winter shortly after a snow storm and they were of course quite bust. Regardless, an appointment was rapidly scheduled at my convenience and support staff at the company were easy to reach. The employee spent their time advising me on cost of repair vs replacement and which options might suit me best. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Their quote was lower than local competitors with similar ratings and they scheduled the job much more rapidly. The technicians that arrived were friendly and accommodating. The job was completed rapidly and when they cleaned up and left you could not tell that work had been completed, shiny new water heater aside. I would not hesitate to contact Los Angeles HVAC Repair for future HVAC needs or to recommend them to my family and friends.

We are beyond happy with the quality and professionalism of the team from Los Angeles HVAC Repair. They were prompt and professional. They respected our home and our safety, adhering to COVID protocols during their time in my home. It is early in our evaluation process but the sound/noice reduction we hoped to achieve definitely seems positive so far. Quick work, great price and professional approach. Although they worked on four rooms it looks like they were never touched, incredibly professional work. Returned the ceiling back to their pre-construction state perfectly. Will use Los Angeles HVAC Repair again without hesitation!

I found Los Angeles HVAC through houzz and we met Eddie. He was very responsive and upfront with the costs, based on what my potential needs were and the potential rebate I would receive. However, the cost was going to be almost that much too. The guys that came to install it, were great. They knew what they were doing and were very accommodating. Eddie was very personable and knowledgeable. They worked with precision and were as efficient as possible considering that were installing the AC units. From the initial assessment to the installation, everyone was thorough, professional, and kind. I spoke with Eddie on the phone several times and he was very helpful. We loved Eddie and his crew! They clearly love what they do, and it shows in the care and attention-to-detail that they put into their work. All in all. I was very pleased with Los Angeles HVAC.

Don’t go anywhere else. Superior customer service! Eddie came to my home on a Saturday to diagnose my air conditioner. He was professional, on time and provided excellent diagnostic experience. Two days later, Eddie arrived to replace the broken part. Eddie went above and beyond. Office staff was friendly as well. We highly recommend Los Angeles HVAC Repair for all your AC services.

I was having problem with my dryer/ found out wasn't the dryer on a monday. called Los Angeles HVAC Repair and spoke to Eddie. He wa pleasant on the phone he told me he would clean the vent on the dryer and even go on the roof to make sure the vent was totally cleaned for a very good price. He set an appointment for the next day between 2-3pm, he text let me know he was on the way be at my residents at 2:40. One thing that impressed me as well is that he came with a MASK ON.He arrived on time completed the job within the time frame that was estimated. I would Definitely recommend the company. He also gave me good advice to have it done yearly! Thanks.

Steve and his team worked on a 1-room den renovation in our home. Even from the initial meeting with Steve, he was overly communicative and completely up front about all possible considerations and unknown risks that could come up when taking on our renovation, which was very important to us. Throughout the whole process, Steve was absolutely accessible and easy to contact. He answered all questions within minutes of calling him and was amenable to quick pivots. Our town was rather difficult to work with in terms of scheduling inspections (and then having inspectors actually come when they were supposed to), which caused our project to almost double in timing. Steve did an amazing job project managing our job, which you don't often see in contractors, to schedule as much as could possibly be done during the extra off/down time while waiting on inspections. The quality of the work completed by Steve and his team was of topmost quality, and we are rather picky. In terms of professionalism, honesty and quality in a contractor, Steve is a true gem.

The installation team was very gracious, polite, professional and cleaned up their mess after the installation. The technician, Steve was professional and personable. He arrived on time and did a very thorough job. Answered my questions. I need to get a new thermostat and I'm definitely going to call to have Steve come back to do that work for me.

I typically don't write reviews, but I am so impressed by Mark who came to fix our heating system today. I had to do this. Mark was friendly and approachable for any questions. He got right to the problem, he found a simple fix and got it going with out suggesting any expensive repairs. On top of that he was nice and patient to explain the issue and the solution to my curious brain. And he waited until I tested the unit till my satisfaction. I highly recommend Los Angeles HVAC Repair.
