Her best work, whether it be a custom home, an addition or renovation, or interior finishes and furnishings, comes from an active collaboration between LKA, design and technical consultants, and most importantly the Client. Solutions are arrived at organically, not from a preconceived idea or vision, but as a result of thoughtful analysis reflecting the specific needs and desires of the Client, the conditions of the project site, and the challenges of technology, budget and schedule. The end product brings together the expertise and vision of all the people involved, creating an environment that is beautiful yet practical, modern yet comfortable, luxurious yet responsible.

We came to Lorissa after a disastrous experience with our original designer. We were building a new 11,000+ square foot house and I had lost complete confidence in not just my original designer, but designers in general. My experience with Lorissa from Day One has been nothing but postive. She is the utmost professional excellent listener - she understood the needs of my growing family and my desire to have a beautiful home that was child friendly. Lorissa did not push her own design agenda. Pretty soon into the project I realized she really did have our best interests at heart and cared about our new home. I happily turned decisions over to her and her team and they always made the right choices. I cannot recommend Lorissa and her team more.

Lorissa was the primary interior architect for two major projects. I first hired her to oversee a large residential project, and her refined sensibilities matched well with the clean lines of the structure. Since our first collaboration turned out so well, I hired Lorissa to be the sole architect on a new 13,000 foot office building. This was actually more challenging given budget realities and a more established structural envelope. This too, exceeded everyone's expectations and has turned out to be a fabulous place to work. Lorissa is extremely talented, creative, listens well, and is very well versed in the realities of construction. I would give her 11 stars if I could.

Each time she has brought a sense of her quite calm to a project whilst providing the clients the vision they were seeking. コメント：What type of wood and color stain are the floor and cabinets?The floors are French White Oak; the cabinets are American White Oak (Quartered). Both have a light white wash on them to tone down the yellow.
