I have developed a friendship with Lori. 10 years ago - we bought our first house. Lori came recommended to me by another friend who had nothing but good things to say about Lori. The first time I met Lori she made me feel so comfortable. I didn't know anything about blinds but she walked me through the different choices and helped me pick the best one for me and our house. Her service was wonderful and timely. She is a perfectionist so everything had to be perfect which for me in perfectly in line with my desires too. We got a dog a few years later who decided to chew up some of our slats on several different blinds. I called Lori and she was so quick to come over and assess the blinds. Without hesitation she sent over a couple of guys to replace the slats at a very very reasonable cost to us. I love Lori and would recommend her highly to anybody!! Thanks Lori!

We were very pleased with Lori Rohs Designs. We hired them to take care of several rooms and received prompt and professional service, plus Lori was fun and easy to work with. She really knew her products and had some good design advice for us. There was one section of blinds that came in oh-so-slightly off-color from the rest and were hung for more than a year. Upon returning to measure some other rooms, she looked at them and insisted on replacing them in spite of the fact that we had them up for a while and that I could barely see the difference and didn't mind. Now that is good service!
