Lori Jill Designs- Window Fashions

Used this company 10 years ago to install shades. The owner, Jeff, came to do the measurements. He was pleasant and accommodating and assured me a good job would be done. I was so pleased with the shades that II referred several friends to the company. So when I called them this year for a new shades, I expected the same professional service and product. However, that was not the case. The shades had to be redone twice. My emails to the owner went unanswered. Instead, he delegated this to his scatterbrained manager. All the excuses were blamed on Covid. However, the problems were not in the manufacture of the shades; rather, that they weren’t checked before they left the showroom to come to my home. Twice they put the pills on the wrong side and they neglected to finish the valance. Are use this company because it was small and seen professional. When I quoted the price of the shades at a competitor, I found that I was charged quite a bit more money. All in all, extremely poor customer service, overpriced and couldn’t get the shades right the first or second time.

Since you hadn’t communicate with us and return calls Their designer have incorrectly fill the forms without a Condo Unit. They sent installer to the Condo not knowing where to go to install. I am wondering if the owners know what is going on with their administration.

I was fortunate enough to employ the services of Lori Jill Designs to help in re-decorating my home. Lori and Jeff are a pleasure to work with and are just lovely people. Very professional, reliable and everything was done before I had even thought it would be!! Their pricing beat out the competition because I had gotten prices from a few other companies and Lori Jill Designs were the lowest. Lori is so talented and really has the eye for what looks good and to fit the size and function of each room. I ended up with beautiful draperies, very cool side panels and shades throughout my house. I would surely hire them in the future. I would give them 10 stars, if I could!!

An amazing husband and wife team. They know their stuff and they're professional. They call you back, they follow up, they stand behind everything they sell and most of all have great design sense. If I buy another home in the future I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Lori Jill Designs furnished our brand new home with window treatments. They are a full service company that offered many choices and styles to meet our needs. The upstairs of our home has fully lined elegant drapes with rods while the downstairs was finished in Hunter Douglas Blinds. We would recommend Lori Jill Designs as we felt very comfortable with this company during the entire process.
