Loper Construction Company built us a new home on Ono Island in 2018. The best builder who strives to please the customer and tends to details. Follow up after completion on minor repairs ( touch ups ) has been excellent. Highly recommend this builder and now friend !!

Loper Construction (Chad Loper) has got to be the best builder in the business! His attention to detail, pride in his work, and customer relations are top notch and not to be rivaled anywhere around the Alabama Gulf Coast. We built our forever home with this company and it was the best experience we could possibly have had! Chad has an excellent staff who respond immediately to your questions and concerns. The workmanship of the sub contractors is unbeatable, and any issues that come up were addressed professionally and fairly. He stayed on budget and finished our home within the timeframe given us. We feel very fortuante to have chosen Loper Construction to build our new home!

JL Loper Construction was fantastic in working with us in building our home in Alabama. We were living in another state and were concerned about building a new home when we would not be there to see progress on a weekly basis, but the communication and project management was excellent. All members of the team working with us were very responsive, honest in terms of giving us suggestions when we were unfamiliar with a specific issue, and the quality and attention to every detail was outstanding. Our home was built by the deadline we discussed in the beginning and we could not be happier. Highly recommend!

We have a 1988 constructed 5,000 sf house. We completed an upstairs and master renovation about 2 years ago with a different contractor with average to below average results. JL Loper has a great reputation and I was not going to settle for anyone else.... and they did not disappoint! A+ professionalism, pre-planning, communication throughout, work quality etc. The project was 3000 sf + another 1000 sf guest apartment and 3 car garage. Tons of added value and the house is fantastic. My wife and 2 daughters have lived here 15 years and it is like a brand new home! (Will add photos later if possible - do not have my folder edited)

Chad and his team helped us with a remodel on our home. He made the process much easier than I anticipated. He met all of our expectations and finished within our budget and on time, which is not usually my experience in construction. Chad Loper has now built three homes for me personally over the last 10 years. I am shocked when I hear people talk about how painful the building process is. I have never had that experience when dealing with Chad and his company. Due to his planning and attention to detail I felt like we knew what the deal was going in and that's the same deal we got at completion. He was always on budget and on time. I would strongly recommend that any one building a custom home in the Orange Beach area take the time to meet with Loper Construction.

If I built again, I'd use them again. Chad and his staff are very responsive, friendly and professional. Chad thinks of things you don't even think about putting in your home (i.e. Switches for your lights on each side of the master bed...love this or wiring for surround sound.) Ashley and Jenny try to get you the best deals on lighting, plumbing, marble/granite, tile, etc... His crews are respectful and get the jobs done. You can be as involved in the building process as you like or not, but either way they will take good care of you. I ran by their office to get our garage door openers and am handed the biggest 3 ring binder ever that is titled our owners manual. It has all the names and numbers of the crews that worked on our house, boat dock and pool and paperwork for everything too (kitchen appliances, mirrors, plumbing, lighting, pool, etc...SO thorough!!! You won't go wrong with this company.

I have used Loper Construction multiple times over the years. Initial in 1999 for turn key new home construction when I lived in a different state 2005 for Hurricane Ivan flood damage repair Most recently in 2015 for a remodel project I have found him honest and direct and his estimating spot on. Quality of work and follow up has been great I would have no hesitation to use him again and I would recommend anyone needing his services to give him a shot.

Loper constructions worked with me and my family to build three large homes. All the projects were moving at different stages at the same time. Due to the experience, I think of Chad Loper as a friend now and that says a lot about a builder. The project was managed so well with ever detailed paid attention to. I almost never had to bring up problems or issues as Chad would see it first and would have things in motion to fix it. The experience and the quality of the work was amazing.
