She had a firm grasp of the proceedings throughout the period of the works and kept me regularly updated; always very responsive to my queries and very professional. Highly recommended

It has now been more than six months since we’ve redone our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the work from Sara and her team. Sara was excellent from the start when she helped us explore options for a much more extensive renovation and gave us a clear idea of the cost, time, and level of disruption we were looking at. Once we agreed on the project, she gave us the confidence to trust she and her team would execute a complete kitchen renovation while we enjoyed a 20-day holiday abroad. She kept us updated and we didn’t face any surprises along the way. In the end, the project was delivered on budget, on time, and with a level of quality that exceeded our expectations. It’s safe to say our kitchen is now our favourite part of our home, and we won’t think twice before reaching out to Sara again if we need to renovate anything in the future or recommend her to others.

Project: Painting and re-carpeting a 3-bed flat to smarten it up for the purpose of selling. Tidying front yard and painting the fence. Sara's communication was excellent, she was able to get to us for a quote within days and start the works the next day. I trusted her fully with our property, and she kept us up to date with "before and after" photos and videos. She suggested changes to our plans, which we accepted and she was right - the flat looks all the better for it. I would definitely use her company again.

Sara and her team offer an excellent and professional service, tailored to the specific needs of the project and your budget. In our case the project was a part renovation of a flat in an old warehouse block with a downstairs neighbour inclined to complain at every opportunity. Sara willingly stepped in and organised sound insulation to his satisfaction and her team were both sensitive and proactive in ensuring that any disruption was kept to a minimum. The building porter was effusively complimentary about their efficiency in clearing rubbish and ensuring that lifts and common areas were kept clean. Our overall experience was extremely good and we are very grateful to Sara and team for all their input, design ideas, advice and delivery. Just one point to mention was the schedule, which turned out to be much slower than we expected. This was in part due to additional effort needed for sound insulation, and also some slow decisions on our part. But some of the finishing stages, including snagging, did seem to take a long time, probably because the team had moved on to other jobs and had to fit these final pieces into a difficult schedule. The lesson is to check thoroughly that everything is completed whilst the team is still on site.

We were very satisfied with the renovation work to our central London apartment. The work was performed without cutting corners, completed within a short timeframe and on budget. London Flat Renovations carried out the works with us in a different country and we were pleased with the renovation when we flew into London to inspect. All through, communication was timely, and we were involved in the principal decisions with good support from the team that did not merely take instruction but also provided helpful recommendations on materials and suppliers. Overall, very smooth.

Sara and her team did a great job on my kitchen and flooring in the hallway, especially as there were difficulties with my property that made laying the flooring difficult. It's good having Sara as a first port of call and she made good recommendations for products/professionals I needed and organised everything for me. A year on and I'm still really pleased with the kitchen.

Sara and her team, led by Greg, have done a fabulous job for us. They have completely refurbished our ensuite bathroom with a brand new layout and updated a tired family bathroom, as well as redecorating our master bedroom, dressing room and downstairs study and hallway. Using her expertise, Sara sourced everything from beautiful bathroom sanitary ware to chasing down an out-of-production paint so repairs in our hallway matched up with existing paintwork. Through out the entire process, Sara was unfailingly cheerful and easy-to-reach which makes a big difference in a building project. Enquiries were dealt with immediately and problems discussed and solved there and then so there were no delays. The fact that our snagging was completed within four days of the project finishing says a lot about Sara's company and workforce. We would whole-heartedly recommend London Flat Renovations.

We contacted LFR back in July 2021, relatively last minute request to have our kitchen , bathroom and part of the hallway redone. It didn’t take long for Sara and her team to visit us and plan the renovation, despite the peak season, we were happy they agreed to squeeze us in. Renovation team guys were just a treat to work with, nothing was ever a problem. I would like to highlight that project was quite messy task with a full demolition of both areas plus hallway. Despite that, we would always come home to cleaned property. Team made sure,they would leave the least mess behind, before they were through. I appreciate precision of the team, with the small places, everything had to fit to millimetres, plus some of the extra work was required ( change of the boiler position, change and editing of pipes in the bathroom and complete layout turn over ). Overran, we are very happy with the project management of Sara abs with the work her team has done. The transformation of both rooms is significant and complete game changer in our day to day routine.

Absolute trust and confidence in Sara and her team to take care of my London property whilst living aboard in Sydney. Constant communication kept me up to date with the project status.
