Liz has been instrumental in providing interior design finishing to our kitchen, walk in pantry, bathrooms, and laundry in a vibrant and seamless manner. We had embarked on an internal redesign of our house excluding bedrooms and we absolutely love our new spaces. She listened to our ideas, provided advice on up-to-date innovations and trends, was patient through our many plan changes, including covid stoppages, sourced great products all the while keeping within our budget. Liz’s design experience and flair have combined to bring beautiful flowing spaces from one room to another all the while being useable and practical for our busy family of five.

Working with Liz, on my kitchen design was fantastic. Liz ensured my experience was hassle free and she was professional at all times. The finished result is a kitchen that is the centerpiece and star of our home. It is a true pleasure to cook in my kitchen, and Liz's advice and options provided have given me a kitchen I adore. Anyone choosing a new kitchen should definitely contact Liz. I have worked with kitchen companies before and the outcome has been fine, but not amazing.

Liz designed our new kitchen and adjacent window seating area, ensuite and bedroom shelving and laundry. We started the conversation with a couple of pictures of the type of kitchen and bathroom ‘look’ we wanted and our favourite colour. From that Liz produced the most amazing design – both functional and gorgeous to look at – and needing very little adjustment. Her selection of materials and how she put all the elements together was superb. The finished result is outstanding and we love living in these new spaces. Liz was excellent to work with – always friendly, accommodating and helpful. Her extensive knowledge and experience was evident throughout the process. We would never have been able to achieve this design without Liz’s expertise and would absolutely recommend her.

it is has been all about Ideas and Service Ideas: We employed Liz because we had a space that we knew we wanted to open up, but could not visualise quite how. We would never have come up with the plan and look that Liz had in mind, and this really has set the foundation for a wonderful design covering kitchen, lounge, dining room and family area. We did not have the time to do all the research. Liz made it so easy as she put everything together and even provided recommendations for builders and suppliers - the builder was just amazing. Service: fast, timely and very considered feedback, always keeping the vision in mind. We liked how Liz would challenge our ways of thinking, and the one time we deferred (splash back tiles) we ended up following her choice anyway after weeks of procrastination. We also liked how she was creative in the face of challenges and was not at all fazed e.g. we had to keep a pillar for structural reasons and she came up with options including a beautiful Oak screen that tied in flooring and kitchen perfectly. We believe this work has increased the value of our home, more attractive for selling, but most importantly we really enjoy living in it. Thank you Liz

Liz Kirby did a great job on our Piha house renovation and furniture procurement project and successfully managed it through to completion notwithstanding tight time, weather and logistical constraints. We are thrilled with the result! We live in New York and so her professional management of the project including all contractors and suppliers was key - she went above and beyond and we could not have done it without her. We would recommend Liz for other similar scaled projects.

Liz did a fabulous job of designing out kitchen. She listened carefully to our needs and ideas and came up with a beautiful and functional design that we have been really thrilled with. Our small kitchen works really well due to the thoughtful layout, and it's a lovely space.
