I was so fortunate to work with Jesse from the start of my project to completion. Our project included construction/design of all rooms of the house including all bathrooms & kitchen. Jesse helped us select paint colors, flooring, moldings, lighting, window treatments, placement of existing furniture, & purchasing of new furniture. Jesse was always professional and easy for my builder and numerous craftsman to work with. I had previously worked with numerous interior designers on projects and Jesse is by far the best.

My relationship with Jessi / Living Interiors, LLC began about 9 years ago where she focused on redoing my family room, living room, and dining room in a home that my husband and I sold not too long ago. Jessi spent her time working with me to understand what I really liked in colors and specific design. When I sold my home I had heard from the numerous potential buyers and all the real estate professionals -- how beautiful my interior décor was and actually I believed the decorating certainly helped my husband and I to sell our home quickly and for the right price. When we purchased our new home in Delaware by the beach I knew I was not going to start decorating without Jessi / Living Interiors -- Jessi used lots of the great pieces I already had along with adding a few new unique costal pieces. Best of all Jessi was able to work with me even though I moved from MD to DE we conducted phone meetings and presentations via phone and computer, which all worked out great. Jessi helped me to place my furniture in my new home measuring where all was to go in the new home -- it made moving a breeze, then she traveled to my new home to help be select paint colors, and just recently we finished the project and the interior finish exceeded our expectations -- my husband and I are delighted. Working with Jessi and her employees is a pleasure they are knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend Jessi / Living Interior to all of my family and friends!

Jessie Rolko is an extremely talented young designer . She really listens and adheres to her client's needs , likes and dislikes and their budget. Her communications are always clear. She organizes a plan , follows through on it and produces a project that is extremely well done and in the promised time frame. Her ability to work with others and problem solving is superb.

Jessi, has been working with us continually since 2006. We have spent well over $100,000 in updating our entire home, The initial work was done in updating the lower level bedrooms. The next projects moved to the main floor, remodeling the master bedroom, master bath, main floor living space, renovating the kitchen. This past year Jessi remodeled the lower level bathrooms Jessi works at listening to her customers and does her best to bring the colors, products and services - and advise, to create a beautiful finished project.

I have worked with Jessi over many projects in my home from picking paint colors and painting techniques to furniture and accessories. She always thinks out of the box and has great vision for design. Even my half bath looks amazing with the color (terracotta) put on the walls with a sand texture in the paint, a very large painting (which I would not have thought of for such a small room) and beautiful cabinet and sink. She is presently helping me with my master bathroom and 2 other bathroom remodels.

I have been working with Jessi Rolko from Living Interiors for the last few months on a major renovation of my kitchen. Jessi has been great with Ideas, plans, and advice. She thinks of things I would never have considered without the help of a designer. She keeps me on track with selections and the order in which I should make them. This prevents me from feeling overwelmed and keeps me focused on the bigger picture, rather than getting bogged down in details too soon. She has a small list of her trusted go to people for everything, appliances, paint, floors, counters etc, that she will share with you, but does not require you work with them. Several of these sources have been very helpful and easy to work with. No pics yet but will post when project is complete!
