Lisa is a top notch designer. She saw a vision for my first floor remodel. She gently pushed me out of my comfort zone. The end result is an updated remodel beyond my dreams. We traveled during the demolition and she checked the property. As the final touches came to a close Lisa kept checking in to see if complete. I will be working again with Lisa for decorating my new living space.

It was a pleasure to work with Lisa on our home renovation project. This was the second time in 5 years that we worked with her, and we were very pleased both times. This time we were moving into an older home and Lisa helped us with the renovations from start to finish. She hired contractors (electricians, floor refinishers, painters, carpenters and the like) who all provided top-notch service. She did all of the scheduling and follow-up to make sure evening was done to our satisfaction. Lisa has a wonderful eye for color and helped us select paint colors for several rooms, which we are delighted with. We wanted to update our living room furniture and she helped us select new pieces which blended in beautifully with some old keepsakes. Lisa helped us right to the very end, recommending a moving company which did a great job helping us to get everything settled in where it belonged. We highly recommend Lisa, and heaven forbid we ever have to move again, would use her without hesitation.

Our family home of 50 years required freshening up to make it attractive for sale in a rural community. Leveraging emotional intelligence, Lisa assisted our family by walking us through the selection of paints, fixtures, counter tops, and appliances. She also researched local realtors and auction firms for the family to interview. Her project management skills enabled us to make difficult decisions, meet tight deadlines, and get our home listed by a top tier realtor. I was most impressed by her willingness to consider suggestions made by our contractors and painters which at times differed from her plans. This enabled us to make great decisions matching East Coast buyer wants.

Lisa assisted us with 2 projects. First, a remodeling/ updating of our home of almost 30 years in preparation for its sale. And secondly, furnishing and decorating our new home. As for the remodeling project, Lisa was invaluable. Her efforts resulted in the sale of our home less than 24 hrs after it went on the market and for a price well above what we were asking. We were able to recoup every dollar we spent plus some. A very worthwhile investment. As for the new home, we are extremely happy with the final result. In both projects, Lisa was incredible. Professional, diligent, knowledgeable, and able to meet both tight deadlines and budgets. We would not hesitate to use Lisa again and would give her the highest praise in any recommendation. In short, she exceeded our lofty expectations in both projects.

I can’t speak highly enough about this talented and professional designer. Lisa recreated our home with an elegant and serene palette listening always to our ideas and implementing them in such a refined way. She maintained a carefully articulated budget and found accent pieces that were unique within those perameters. The finished project came in on time and on budget. What a wonderful experience it has been to work with Lisa.

One question I am asked more frequently than any other is - "How did you get all that work completed so fast?" My answer is always the same - Lisa! Her design concepts are beautiful and innovative and have enhanced the livability of our new home. Designing Works has access to the best people I have ever worked with - from painters to electricians to carpenters to plumbers to HVAC experts. They came when scheduled, were easy to have in my home, did excellent work and, when necessary, returned to finish those small but final details of the job. Lisa managed it all. And working with Lisa is nothing short of a pleasure. She is organized, always available for questions, and thinks of solutions. We had a challenging timeline and Lisa kept everyone focused and organized and got it done. The budget was met. The timeline was met. The work was everything I wanted. On a personal note - Lisa is also enjoyable to work with which makes the whole process easier. Job well done!

コメント：drapes behind bedThe long drape can be behind the furniture because the furniture is out further than the drape. It softens the windows.

コメント：Where are the pillows from? ThanksThe pillows were from crate and barrel and they are like 24" x 24". They are great with the two tone colors against the off white loveseats.

コメント：RugLaura, I believe the rug is from One Kings Lane or Gilt. It is great, bleached with a larger, organic loop.

コメント：Good evening. Does anyone know the paint color of the room?The color is great. It is Tranquility, AF-490, Benjamin Moore. It is a blue gray that still feels like a neutral.
