While this reno is not quite finished, it will be by the end of this week and I am so appreciative of Linda's help in turning a 24 year old, tired and worn builder kitchen into a beautiful, functional and open kitchen and family room. Walking into my home, Linda saw the potential without the wall between the family room and kitchen, and she made it a reality. While the price point was a stretch for us, she found ways to keep within my modest budget - an annoyingly modest budget considering the scope of the work and all the other items on my wish list. When costs were higher than anticipated, she worked very hard to get the best and most reasonable quotes. What most impressed me is that when Linda says something will get done - it gets done. And, how quickly she was able to pull together - and keep on schedule - a talented and professional team of independent contractors. From Dan at Tauvette Construction, who oversaw the removal of a supporting wall and installation of a steel beam (as well as his very pleasant and talented team), to Monaco Custom Design who built and installed the modern kitchen, to the electrician, to Andy Montgomery (the stair guy) who did a phenomenal job in giving new life on a tiny budget to hideous, worn, 90s white washed oak railings, to Joseph (the consummate perfectionist painter and his team), to her flooring guys - who laid lovely matching hardwood in my kitchen and the other team, a family affair, that sanded and refinished my horribly worn, white washed stairs and existing and dog damaged maple floors into floors that are as beautiful as they are functional. It says a lot about her that she is able to pull together these talented tradesmen - and not only put together a very tight timeline, but keep to that schedule. I can't wait to show off my phenomenal kitchen/family room this Christmas and can't thank Linda and her whole crew more!

When I was CEO of Habitat for Humanity NCR, Linda volunteered and did many of our colour consultations for the homes we were building. When it came time to renovate my retirement condo townhouse, I hired Linda to advise on colours, materials and subcontractors to do the work., tight timelines, limited money. I am beyond thrilled with the outstanding results. Our condo corporation is in the process of hiring Linda to help us update the exterior of 54 units. Great to work with!!

Working with Linda was a joy! She designed Stone Design Concepts showroom when we moved into our new location. She has a unique ability to translate her vision to the lay person making the entire process easy and seamless. Linda Nolan Interiors has been an absolute Godsend! For the past 20ish years, Linda has helped me navigate the overwhelming world of interior design, and has enabled me to create a home environment that reflects exactly who I am. She really listens and is able to draw out my random design thoughts and puts them into a neat and tidy package. My home current home is 11 years old, but she has helped me keep it current with paint selections, furniture arrangements and decorative pieces. I am a big fan! Linda was a true professional. We had an anticipated 7 week project which was completed on time and on budget. Her contractors provided quality work and she managed the project from the beginning to end. More importantly Linda was always present….she was there to provide suggestions, modifications and direction and allowed us the time to decide what we felt was appropriate. She demonstrated great flexibility as we revised our plans during the project. Like any renovation project there are touch-ups and re-work to be expected and Linda’s responsiveness to these items was always immediate and without question. We had the entire main floor of our house redone and we are extremely pleased with the results…from the design to the functionality.

Linda was the project manager for our home's renovation including kitchen, master ensuite, family room, dining room and living room. Our goal was to achieve a contemporary and open, yet warm feel. She did an absolutely fabulous job - from coordinating all the subcontractors to guiding our selection of cabinetry and finishes - the entire process and end result were phenomenal. She is an extremely talented interior designer with many years of experience in project management which turned out to be a perfect combination of skills to allow for a successful Renovation given our very busy lifestyle. I worked with Linda when our Condo hired her to do all the common areas in a 25 storey building. She revamped the hallways and a large foyer, taking them from 1980's tacky to a compelling and sophisticated space. She accomplished this on schedule and on budget while maintaining the utmost professionalism. She handled the challenge of dealing with a large, difficult population with grace and professionalism.

We hired Linda for a 1 hour consultation prior to our kitchen renovations. We absolutely loved her! Her input was excellent, her ability to see the final product and describe it really helped us make our final decision. She also gave us tips for the other rooms to bring everything together - something we would have never thought of. Also loved her modern style. She's very organized and brought samples to our house so we know exactly what to look for.

Linda Nolan is the consummate professional. Introduced through a friendly reference, this is the third project she has undertaken with us and we have not been disappointed. Having worked as President of Benjamin Moore Paints where we had numerous colourists and designers I know what a talented designer can do and Linda ranks up there with the very best! She listens to the needs and desires of the client and then creates a design solution to deliver what the client wanted….and more! She is a delight to work with. I highly recommend her.

Ms. Nolan took out cramped, worn-out kitchen and family room and renewed it into a practical, modern open-air living space and more. Ms. Nolan participated at all stages of the project from planning to finish. Her great knowledge of interior design and principles was very helpful at the early stages when our own objectives were poorly defined. With her help, we quickly settled on plans that were both attractive and practical. She was in charge throughout the construction, along with her excellent team, competently transformed that vision into reality. We are planning other projects and would definitely hire her again.

I worked with Linda on a model suite for a condominium project. The client was very demanding and the budget was small but Linda worked within the constraints and delivered an exceptional product. The budget was not sufficient to cover smaller items and Linda "donated" these to the space as she felt the final product was more important than the budget. Her attention to detail really helped the space shine.
