I cant speak highly enough of our experience with Lewis Construction. We had a smaller outdoor project and they did an amazing job! They were on time, had consistent and thorough follow up, and were very professional. Ryan did most of the work on our project and he was fantastic - had great ideas, attention to details and was very easy to work with. I will absolute use them again for any sized project !

We hired Jay Lewis to remodel our kitchen in the fall of 2017. From the very first meeting to the completion of the project we had a great experience. All the the contractors showed up on time and on the days they said they would. They cleaned up the project every day and if we had a question or concern someone was always available to take care of it. We would highly recommend Jay and his team!

We loved the work Lewis Construction did for us! They kept the dates they had promised and followed through with our mid-construction changes without fail. Follow up was excellent as they checked back on the work to be sure we were happy with the outcome. The bathroom suite they helped us envision is the jewel of our home now. Heated tile floor, natural wood bedroom floor, open shower concept with pebbled floor and rain head shower, and all the rest executed perfectly. Could not be happier and highly recommend this outfit for your home. You will love them!!

Lewis Construction Group remodeled two guest baths and our master suite. They are professional, knowledgeable, and their subcontractors are excellent as well. The few, very minor issues that arose (as happens with remodels) were all promptly addressed to our satisfaction. They were kind enough to take on a small repair outside the scope of the remodel. We felt entirely comfortable with them being in our home when we were gone. Communications and expectations were clear, they stayed on schedule and budget, and their work is extremely high quality.

Lewis Construction completed a major kitchen remodel for our home. The job was done on time and on budget in highest quality. We had a few change orders, mainly caused by selecting higher end materials (cabinets, sink, faucet). The owner of LCG was personally engaged as the project manager and we were able to build a great relationship with him and his team during the project. I can highly recommend this contractor!

We hired Jay and his Company after reading so many stellar reviews of his work. The work involved was the tearing out of some walls in our kitchen and foyer to provide an open concept feel to our home and provide more natural light. Mission accomplished! Lewis Construction Group was a pleasure to work with, and even though our project was not that large, we felt we were a priority and they stayed until the work was 100% completed. I wholeheartedly recommend Lewis Construction Group. A home is single most important purchases in one's lifetime, and building it to my specifications is the most exciting and scary thing there is. But Jay's crew made it as enjoyable and smooth as this kind of project can be. I purchased my home in Edmonds as a 'minor' fixer and planned to do it little-by-little over time, but initially starting with a new roof and kitchen. I hired Lewis Construction thinking I'd be moving in within three months or less. Well, that wasn't quite the case... As these things go, one small issue opened up into another and then another. Lewis Construction Group was extremely professional (and patient) throughout this entire 'discovery' process. Eventually they had to tear down the entire house and start from scratch and really without a fully baked plan, since it was after all, 'just a simple kitchen remodel and a new roof'. Decisions had to be made on the fly, and they were able to 'shoot from the hip', and make recommendations, which was so important given the circumstances. "On the Fly" is exactly the wrong way to go about re-building a house, but Jay was professional and forthcoming about pricing up-front, and really cared that I was the one that had to live with each decision. Overall, the home came together without a hitch and turned out to be one of the most beautiful homes I've ever owned. I am often stopped by neighbors and people driving by to ask who built my home or to be given a compliment of one type or another. It's not an 'over the top' design or size, but the quality is superb, and it shows in every room. I couldn't be more proud of the quality and workmanship. It was overall a great experience, and I still call on his company for upgrades and special projects to this day. I now enjoy a gorgeous view of the Puget Sound & Olympic mountains from my gorgeous Edmonds deck and home. Thanks Jay & crew! You are the best!

The best part about working with Lewis Construction is there were no surprises, all change orders were in writing so that both parties understood them clearly. Subs alway's started and finished on time and worked very clean during one month major remodel of a basement bathroom. It was worth the wait to get on their calendar and have the work done with Lewis Constructions Group. When the need arises I will use them again and have recommended them to family and friends as well. Ron Smithers
