I have been lucky enough to have worked along side her and seen her transform both high end Residential and Commercial Interiors into amazing spaces. She has a great eye for detail and has wonderful original ideas. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Leigh Holt project managed a prestige build in which we collaborated on the landscape construction. Her design was authentic French Provencal hard and soft landscapes in which we built her beautiful drystacked stone walls, stone stairs, gardens, water feature and stone fireplace and loggia. Leigh is head and shoulders above her design and project management contemporaries and works with insight, energy, total design integrity and has total expertise and vast experience in interior and exterior design. I had been living in my current address for twenty years and had two options sell or renovate. I was very happy in my current location so I decided to renovate. My sister recommended Leigh Holt to my attention and as it happened she was consulting on a project for a client of mine in Vaucluse From the beginning of our consultation Leigh and I would meet one evening or so a week to talk over what I hoped to achieve and slowly we came together over my tastes and needs. This process helped me to clarify how much work would be needed to achieve my desired result. Next we approached the architects who came up with several designs to turn my two bedroom, one bathroom off street parking house into a three bedroom two bathroom house. As I am single and live alone I chose not to have the third bedroom. Leigh next sourced the builder she recommended for the project and the other trades that we would require. Demolition began about late March 2011 and the build continued to November of that year. The main structural work entailed repositioning of the laundry from downstairs to up, replacing and repositioning of the staircase, creating a new bathroom and balcony off the master bedroom, a complete new kitchen and downstairs powder room as well as a Vergola roof over the off street parking and new brick wall to hold up the same, and new floors throughout. As work progressed Leigh would source the finishes and fixtures as I am a retailer and work five days a week on some of these we collaborated, on some I chose myself and some I left to Leigh as by that time she had my complete confidence that she knew what I wanted. When I was back home with the project complete Leigh was on hand to help me fine tune the little thing that naturally crop up Having now been through a renovation I could not possibly have done what was needed without Leighs help and guidance through what is a very complicated endeavour Geoffrey Goldthorp
