We felt that we were in good hands when we hired Lefko Design and Build to renovate the upstairs spaces in our 24-year-old house. Two years later, we are still very pleased with our three updated bathrooms, and the feeling that I get when I go into my master bedroom and bathroom is that of a sanctuary. Lefko prides itself on maintaining a high level of professionalism and quality of work. That includes their crews and vendors. We were very impressed with how well they organized and executed every aspect of the project so that we stayed on schedule with the estimated completion date.

Lefko Renovations renovated our master bathroom. We changed our floor layout and gutted the rest. The new master is outstanding and will add value to our home when we decide to sell it. Additionally, Lefko built out our basement to include a theater, bar, sitting area, office and gym. Their architect and construction team were professional, expedient, and respectful. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Timberland Cabinets has been making custom cabinets for Lefko Group for about 4 yrs. They hold their suppliers to the highest standards of total quality. They have created process flow standards for their partners and as a result projects flow on time without delay. Lefko Group primary goal is to have their customers come out of the process feeling that they had a wonderful experience.

Remodeling can easily be a stressful, challenging headache IF you're conducting business with a non friendly, unorganized company. This is not the case for LEFKO Design + Build. LEFKO had an excellent attitude along with impeccable job quality. I will hire again and will definitely recommend. He kept us informed when he was running late and came by as promised!

My wife and I selected LEFKO after meeting with several contractors. We were impressed from the beginning with David's organized process that he developed. He put together an aggressive timeline for a complete kitchen renovation that included knocking down a wall and all new hardwood floors. He managed to stay on schedule and his communication throughout was great. The workers were also very professional and courteous. It's a very scary process to build a house from scratch, especially from another part of the country. Once I started discussing each area of the build with David and Marc @ Lefko it became very apparent that they had the people, process and tools to create my dream home. Marc is very effective on the financials while David is extremely good with building and leveraging tools to streamline every part of the build. We had daily pics of the build process with a detailed schedule and daily/weekly update sessions. They are very good at applying your money in the right places. For example, they have someone on staff that is an industry leading expert in heat and cooling. They were able to clearly look at all areas of our home (insulation, windows, space, furnace, etc) and create a highly efficient system that functions in a simplistic way. We also pre-wired for a smart home and there team did a great job of future proofing our home. The quality of the home is also beyond standard. There standards for fit and finish far exceed that of other builders I interviewed. Very happy with the complete process and th final result.

David Lefkovits and the staff at Lefko Renovations is a great team to be associated with in the remodeling industry. From a supplier stand point, working with the Lefko team is great because they are prepared and know what they want by ordering their supplies a day ahead. Being prepared at a job site allows thing to move smoothly and efficiently through out the day. From our first meeting we knew that we had found the perfect company to handle our renovation projects. David listened to what we had in mind and with the help of their talented designer, we were presented with our ideas in an easy to understand 3-D presentation format. Next we received a very detailed proposal for the entire project. Prior to the start of the project we received a selections checklist with the names of the vendors to select the cabinets, granite, paint, tile, etc. Each one of their vendors was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. David made sure that all materials were received and ready to be installed before the project started so there were no down times during our projects. Both of our projects were completed ahead of schedule and on budget! I really appreciated the few “extras” that they did that weren’t in our contract. Their workmanship is of the highest quality. Communication was amazing – I received a call from David each morning to let me know what was planned for that day and at the end of the day David would call to review what was accomplished that day and to see if I had any questions. David was always accessible by cell – which gave me a lot of comfort. All of his workers are very professional, polite and cleaned up the work area each day before they leave. David and Lefko are the BEST and I continue to refer them to all my friends and associates.

We used LEFKO for a remodel on a guest bathroom. They did a beautiful job. They did not start the demolition until everything was on order and arrived, so it only took them one week to complete.
