The firm has a diverse practice, including Residential single family and multi-family homes, additions, renovations, custom homes and interiors, Religious buildings, Commercial and Industrial Projects, Tenant fit-outs. The firm has worked in over twelve counties in New Jersey, from farmlands to neighborhoods to urban cities and also in Texas, Vermont, and New York State. The Firm prides itself on its creative “outside the box” thinking to accomplish solutions to zoning restrictions, historical issues or tight budgets. No project is too small or large for the firm. We worked with Seth to make some changes to improve the flow and function of our older home. We needed to figure out how to better utilize the space we had, while maintaining the integrity of the home. Within minutes of our first meeting, Seth made great suggestions to improve the flow and function. We were fortunate to have completed the work prior to COVID-19, and we gained some much needed space.

Jaeger & Ernst had the privilege of working with Seth Leeb for a mutual client who was one of the Director's for the Stickley Craftsman Farms Museum. He wanted for his home a Stickley kitchen as if Stickley himself had it made in his original shops. Seth, patiently and with interpretive genius, insured the design met every expectation with the client. As cabinetmakers, Jaeger & Ernst, found the ancient wood with the correct quarter sawn grain pattern, utilized joinery typical of the time and "fumed" the wood for the exact tone desired. Throughout the process Seth continued to react to new wishes of the client with flexibility, creativity and prompt attention. Seth also listened to our expertise and adjusted and modified designs to offer the kind of product the owners sought. In addition to the kitchen, Seth designed a hutch and inglenook seat and bench.

A wonderful, creative, like minded, thoughtful, patient architect who was a delight to work with through our extensive renovation. He was very familiar with our 100 year old house. Seth helped restore the old charm, though allowed us to modernize and update spaces for modern day living.
