Several years ago I needed help choosing colors for doors and shutters on our gray shingled cottage. On a small budget, I wasn't sure I would be able to afford professional help. Lee was able to quickly pull together two options for me - one safe and one a little less so. Wouldn't you know I fell for the colors I initially thought were "not me"? I love that Lee took into account how the color scheme would look year-round; the color scheme works with Christmas greens and wreaths as well as with summer petunias and verbenas. A paint shop owner who was visiting commented on "my" great color choice. Thanks, Lee!

I have worked with Lee over the past several years on the remodeling of a cottage kitchen, a master bathroom, powder room, and a four-season sunroom. Her guidance in color selection, tile and flooring as well as accent pieces has been invaluable and the outcome superb. Her sense of design, layout and how a remodeled space compliments and flows into an adjacent room makes both spaces come alive. Simply stated, Lee has been a delight to work with and I will seek her assistance time and time again. She listens to her client and does not superimpose her views. We contacted Lee of Via Design after noticing her business card and brochure for the “color conflicted” while staring blankly at a wall of color samples in the local paint store. She worked with us to make our living room more functional and attractive not only through color selections but also by assisting with furniture arrangement, art placement, and offering suggestions for completing the living space. Because we had such a positive experience with Lee, we have continued to consult with her for the past 5 years on a variety of home improvement projects ranging from tile, fabric, and paint selection to furniture selection and room layout. Lee is a truly gifted colorist, designer and artist. She does not dictate her choices but is able to get a true read on her client’s style. She is an artist when it comes to balancing colors, elements, shapes, light, materials…you name it. She is truly amazing at her craft.

Initially, Lee was referred to us for help in selecting interior paint colors for our newly renovated home. We are extremely pleased with all of her selections. She has also helped us to place art objects and paintings and arrangement of furniture. We added a wine cellar and tasting room to our house and she was very instrumental in working with the carpenters in all over design and materials as well as paint colors. When we decided to change the front door and side windows, again she was called upon to assist with that design. She assisted us in the choice of arbor and pergola design for exterior deck areas. We are currently in the process of finishing out our garage where we store our collection of restored cars to make it more of a showroom and entertaining area complete with bar and audio and visual components. Again, she is very instrumental in this project both from design, materials and procuring craftsmen. We have consulted her in almost every home improvement project for the past seven years.

Lee Perrault, Via Design has helped me for the past view years with choosing color for my entire home. She was spot on with helping us to understand and choose our color palette. She takes everything in the room into consideration when choosing colors...meaning the furniture in that room and any other room that abuts it. Each room was spectacular...each color flowed from one room to the other. We have remodeled our entire home and she helped us with each room. Friends walk into our home now and the first thing out of their mouth is WOW...this looks like it should be in a magazine. When Lee called to follow up a few weeks after we were done to ask if we were pleased...all I could say is...."Lee I just walk around my home and stare at my rooms. She is the best of the best!
