These guys are the best !!!! They designed my front yard lighting and supplied all the lights and I couldn’t be happier !!!!!!!! Truely if you are keen to get outdoor lighting you can’t go past these guys. I will be using them to do my backyard as soon as my pool is built

Yesterday afternoon I spoke to Troy over the phone and ordered two outdoor wall lights and to my surprise I received my package today by express post free of charge!! Troy was on the road when he called me after my email inquiry and his colleague from the shop called me back within minutes to sort out my order. They were both so friendly, and helpful! For an order so small and simple, I’ve never experienced customer service as warm and efficient! In addition, their prices are competitive!! Thanks again Troy!

Excellent service and products! Troy is such a nice person to work with - he responded right away and was happy to address all my questions (really sounded happy)! We hired an electrician to install the light - note they only work on military grade products. And they too were very impressed with the lights we purchased. Excellent quality for a reasonable price.

I had been looking for outdoors lights for our wedding reception venue for a while, and I kept come back to LED Outdoor. As we are located in the Hunter Valley, I thought surely there was someone local who could provide the same product. I eventually gave up my search, and rang Troy at LED Outdoor. His customer service, knowledge and advice has been incredible. The lights arrived in 48 hours (which in itself was incredible!), were installed easily by our electricians and look absolutely amazing. I would not go anywhere else in future. Troy provided a very good design, with high quality products. We also appreciated his recommendations for the tradespeople used who were very good. One very pleasing facet of the service was a warranty issue with a fan that was well handled. I think the important thing is not that things go wrong, its more how the issues are handled.

We are a small electrical contracting business and have found the team at LED outdoor to be nothing but professional and efficient in all our dealings with them going back several years now.
