The quality of their products and approach to customer care is very poor. The colour and texture of precast concrete was not what was promised and they couldn't care less.

Poor after sales service. We originally had a great pour by them but developed a fault with the underfloor heating, which we made clear was not their fault but the builders. We had to have a section dug up and relaid, where the finish was different. Whilst we made it clear we weren't blaming them, we asked several times for a site visit (even willing to pay for it) but the response was basically ' not our fault' . A concrete floor is an expensive choice. You need a good job doing in the first place but definitely need good after sales support. These guys give the impression of not caring once they have been paid.
