Lauzon Sound & Automation

Don't waste your money! Ive recently bought pure genius maple floor named Bianco with titanium finish from Lauzon. First I had to return most of the wood boxes cause we've notices a large variation of colors. It supposed to be white but they was shades of pink, yellow, lime and like 5% of white. They agreed when they saw pictures and replace it. Also i received 5 different number of Lot. Supposed to be made one lot at the time. So ive received the new batch, opened 1 box and it look ok so i left the hpusse couple of hours to let the 4 member of the team installed the floors in all the house.came back and notoced the same variation problem... They send me their guy to look at them. He says he likes my floor and offert me 500$$..... Everybody sees the hurge variation of color witch is between pink yellow and beige..but not them. Ive never wanted a unicorn floor.. Never bought a unicorn floor! Couple of days later, i noticed that the paint come off the floor???? Some the white paint just come off... And im really taking care of what i called, my dream floor! Ive send pictures, first they ignore me, second they put it on like water dommage??? No way! Also before i bought that floor ive read a lot on it and also make sure with the retailer about scratches, resistence etc They said was really solid and won't scratch easely, no worries to put them in the entire house (1500p2) even in the kitchen etc... the Retailer says i have dog myself, a lot of kids comes in, and its really resistence, no scratches. Of course if we drop an hammer it might be damage. I live alone with my dog and i really take care of the floor ( Ive spent so much to have them, i dont see the purpose to not be careful...) after only couple of weeks, the floor was full of scratches, paint comes off.. In an year this floor will have to be changed again... I cant beleive it. Its a high quality floor they said??!!! Almost 10$ p2!!!! When I've contact them for the problem with paint that comes off and scratches all over, they told me that ive not mentionned it when their guy came for the color problem... The guy came like a week after my floors was installed.. And what is the purpose of not telling that the floor is peeling if it was there when he came... Im impressed by their answer..!! Ive told them the problem when it appeared! 1 or 2 weeks later after that guy visit! So now i have to hire an expert from NWFA that will cost me 750$ to have a report prooving them thats is something really wrong with the floor. They had problems with they quality test department this summer and they don't taking responsabilities. The team who installed my woodfloor told me : " lauzon have quality problems since a couple of years" So im not dreaming! Annie Blanchet
