I am extremely pleased with Lapworth architects. I just told them in my amateur way what I imagined or wanted in my bungalow and they drew lovely accurate plans. Michael patiently took on board my multiple requests to make changes as new ideas came to me and he always incorporated them with even further development which shows his expertise. Michael provided monthly supervision service which I think is priceless and is the best part of hiring him!. He visited the site regularly, liaised with various other professionals involved like building control people, engineers, etc, did trouble shooting promptly, ensured costing is kept to minimum, and made sure the work is being carried out to the highest standards in a timely manner. The contractors and builders have also found this service very useful because of helpful professional advise and on-site discussions. I have noted from his late night/weekend emails/calls that Michael has worked very hard on my project- which was a total makeover of a rather dilapidated-closed- space building with poor lighting and access- and made it into a well lit, open spaced bright modern bungalow. He has always kept me well informed. Lastly, I have to say, because of his dedication, the project has carried on with practically no stress or worries imparted to me! He is well connected and tendered my project to a very good builder- for which `I am grateful. I sometimes hear other friends' stories of 'nightmare building projects' and I secretly thank my stars that I gave this project to Lapworth. I wish Michael and his team well. If I were lucky enough to acquire another property, I will promptly give the project to Lapworth again! :)

Lapworth Architects was present at the Ideal Home show and through this Manraj acted quickly and professionally to our planning queries . He consulted us the best way forward to submit the planning application and gave lots of ideas and input into what we wanted to achieve . The whole process was communicated .

Our architect Manraj took the greatest pride and care in our project. He nurtured it as if it was his own , and demonstrated such professionalism and confidence that cannot be found elsewhere. We had a strict deadline with very good reason and Manraj went through great lengths, to ensure we were granted planning permission. All the tangible assets of a successful company were shown, great communication, organisation, planning and trust. We received our planning permission with great surprise as what almost seemed like an impossible task pf getting the planning permission early was turned into an I am possible. Once our planning permission was granted, Manraj carefully went through the next stage with us and gave us a lot of advice which was very beneficial. As mentioned previously, he nurtured it as if it were his own which meant his work was really coming from the heart. Would strongly recommend this great architecture company. I just used Lapworth Arcitects ( 17/2/17 ) and I have to say what a professional and quick service they did for me. From the moment I contacted them to the finish job it was a pleasure to do business with them. They also did more work for me than I asked them to do and pay them for and they never asked for any more money. They truly love their job and wanted to do the most professional job for me. Exceptional service provided and promptly wrapped up with in 2 weeks after previously having dealt with another architect that resulted in my self having to take him to small claims court after a painful 8 months.

I have used Lapworth Architects to draw plans for an extension on my property, I was really pleased with the service and support they provided. Staff were very professional, efficient and really helpful in giving ideas on how to make the most of the living space. No time was wasted in chasing up plans or waiting for phone calls, there was always someone to talk to regarding the plans. There was never any problem when i asked for a few changes to be made, which they happily did and e-mailed them back to me to check I was happy with them. Lapworth is a company that looks after their clients and provides a great service it is a company I would definitely recommend .

My husband used Lapworth Architects earlier this year after entering into a lease agreement for a commercial site which did not have the correct planning consent. Lapworth Architects were very efficient and new the whole process of obtaining consent. They negotiated with the council and responded to all complaints from local residents. very quick and efficient no issue in recommending,

We worked with Duncan in April 2015 to design open plan extension to our terrace house in Quinton. Duncan was very proactive and helped us manage the project through to completion. Very happy to recommend this firm.
