Brian's Team did an outstanding job for us this year. We were in need of some landscape alterations which included cutting into an existing blue-stone patio and adding additional drainage along our foundation. Prior to starting the project Brian was extremely responsive and adhered to the timeline to do our project. This was extremely important in choosing Landforms. We would highly recommend Landforms!

WOW!! What a huge difference their work made! Landforms transformed our tired, old landscaping beds with beautiful rock, flowers and bushes. It seriously updated the look of our home instantly. We have received so may complements from the neighbors and their work was so beautiful we did not even need additional flowers for a wedding reception we hosted. We loved the ideas that Brian developed for our patio project (very distinct from other concepts we saw), which was basically starting from a blank slate, and the landscaping and plants look wonderful and are fairly low maintenance too. Landforms is the landscaping company that our home owners association uses, which is why we originally choose to do business with them. They performed a number of projects at our home and we could not be more satisfied. It was a very hot dry time of the summer when they completed the project and they went above and beyond to make sure our landscapping was properly watered. They even replaced some sod on their own without being ask that failed to take. These days it's difficult to find a company that lives up to their claims but these guys do.

I'm happy to give Landforms a 5-star recommendation! We had a large landscaping (all new plants, rocks, lights, irrigation) and hardscaping (brick paver porch and sidewalk) project, and the Landforms team -- led by Brian -- did a super job. What I appreciated the most is that, while we had a detailed design going-in, as the project proceeded, Brian had great suggestions about minor changes we could make to improve the design further. They also managed to the original budget and were conscientious of time. An excellent company to work with!

We were very happy with Landforms from the beginning to the end of our initial landscaping project. The owner met with us to discuss our goals and the various things that we wanted our project to include. He made suggestions so that our project and financial abilities were aligned. He also suggested a multi-phased plan so that our "dream landscaping" could be achieved over the course of a couple years. Landforms has been very accommodating and able to meet our needs. We also began using them for weekly lawn maintenance which has also been a pleasant experience. All of the workers that we interacted with during our project were professional, courteous and attentive. They did an excellent job on our project and on our weekly maintenance.

I have worked with Landforms for years. Recently they completed a major decorative block retaining wall in front of my home. The Landforms team spent a great deal of time planning the project with my wife and I--it came out perfect and met all of our needs! I was so impressed with the quality of their work that I have booked them to do a large (over $50,000) project beginning this Spring.

Landforms did a great job with our backyard landscape project. They installed a 2-tiered paver patio and a full package of trees and perennials. Our plain grass yard is now an extension of our home to the outdoors.

When there were a couple of delays related to weather, we were informed that there would be a delay and work resumed promptly. They were responsive to our feedback and had thoughtful input into the process. Highly recommend their services.

We highly recommend this company. From initial concept/budget meeting through completion, Landforms was great to work with. The crew was some of the hardest working people we experienced during our home building process (first to arrive/last to leave) and Brian Kazak managed the project beautifully–always courteous, honest, and professional. We were able to complete Phase I of our project and will continue working with them on Phase II this coming Spring (2016).

We hired Landforms to do all our landscape design and installation for a new build. Brain was very helpful in working with us to get the look we desired in the walkway, patio and yard/landscaping. Installation went well with any questions answered promptly.

Landforms took unfinished and worn areas of my property and created a design concept that accented the property well. The landscaping work was completed timely and within budget. The individuals assisting on the project were courteous to myself. They also cleaned the property of any residue from the work performed.

I contacted Brian Kazak at Landforms to design a landscape for our tired front yard. We were in need of some curb appeal. Brian created a design that improved the appearance of the front of our home. He took out our old over grown shrubs and planted smaller plants and trees, using the perfect combination of green and flowering plants. It was a pleasure working with Brian and his crew.

We hired Landforms to bring the landscape at our 25 year old home up to a contemporary standard. Brian designed several plans for us to chose from, with several different formats and styles, once we made the decision, his crews installed everything in a timely fashion. While we had many people in our area using other companies, several neighbors could not believe the quality, cleanliness and the end results by far exceeding any of our expectations. People still stop while out and about walking and make comments " Wow your home looks like it should be on a magazine cover!"

Brian Kazak and his crew, especially Salvatore, did a great job with improving our drainage problem, creating a stone stairway, and landscaping at our newly purchased home. Brian has excellent communication skills and we had confidence in him right from the beginning. The job was completed in a timely manner. It's winter now and we can't wait for spring and summer to fully enjoy our new yard.

I contracted Landforms to build a patio with a fire pit . They had a large selection of pavers to chose from along with various design options. They started the project on the date that was agreed and worked everyday until completion. They finished on the day they said it was to be completed. When the job was finished the site was clean , seeded with all the debris removed from the site. I was so pleased that I am have them do more work for me in the spring. thy

Brian helped me understand how to cost effectively solve my situation with a sea wall that was not properly installed by the original contractor. The seawall was made with Unilock Pisa 2 stones and caps. There was/is nothing wrong with the Unilock product. The wall is about 150 long and varies in height from 2 to 3 feet. His crew took the wall down, removed the dirt from behind the wall, replaced it with gravel and drainage pipe. This is what should have been done originally. Then they cleaned the old glue off the Pias2 product, restacked and glued it. They replaced the sod that they had cut and saved at the start of the project and added dirt and seed as needed. Brian's idea worked. It saved me money by reusing the existing material. His crew was very easy to work with and cleaned up each day before leaving the job.

This project involved removing an old patio, grading. reinstalling and expanding the brick patio to three times its old size This project went just as well as all the previous three projects that Landforms has done for us. That is to say all were excellently done. The entire crew performed professionally, were courteous through out the project, and consulted us when they had an idea that would lead to improvement of the outcome. I hired Landforms back in 2005 to redo the landscape in our back yard around the pool area. Brian and his team were able to work with the our budget and obtain our goal of providing privacy and a low maintenance landscape. We still get complements from people on how well it looks 8 years later. Three years later we hired Landforms again to redo the front landscape as well. Again they were on time, and within budget. The results were great as well.

My first experience with Brian from Landforms was in the summer of 2009. I wanted the entire front of my home re-landscaped. I was extremely impressed with the creativity, professionalism of his sketches, and vision he had for the project. The work was completed in a timely and efficient matter and I could not have been more pleased with the end result. The home looked and still looks beautiful. I had several companies come out for a quote, and Brian's was not only the best, but he took personal pride in the work, was very knowledgable in all aspects of the project and was very easy and enjoyable to work with. I have always appreciated that he responds in a VERY timely manner and is easy to reach. I would highly recommend anyone to use Landforms as a service. My first experience was so positive, I have had Brian and his team come out every year since. He has never failed to come through on any project, whether it has been large projects, filling in open and new areas of my landscaping or simple mulch and maintenance of my property. We hired Landforms to design and install a new perennial bed along the entire backside of our property. We also had sod installed, older plants/shrubs removed and mulch put down throughout.. The crew was able to do all of this in one day. I was impressed! Landforms is a top notch landscaping company. The owner, Brian, is extremely knowledgable and friendly. He returns emails and phone calls right away. His crew is fantastic and great around kids. I will definitely use Landforms in the future.
