プロフィール

Cristian Basso is the Creative Director and Founder of Colorado Land Art Studio, Inc. (COLAS) in Eagle, Colorado. COLAS is a tripartite practice working across art + fabrication, design + sustainability, and energy efficiency + renewable energy. The resulting architectural spaces and their objects act as sculpture, creating a new iconography within the framework of the surrounding landscape. The Studio's work has been featured in Harvard University Press design publications, LUXE and Mountain Living. Cristian Basso is a certified Restore the Gore Leadership Partner and Eagle County Eco-Build specialist. He is active on Eagle County's Sustainable Building Code Task Force and is the Eagle County representative for Sunsense Solar, the leading solar PV contractor in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

Christian is a talented Landscape Architect, but more than that, he is a delightful man to work with. He listened to what we wanted and he created a garden that incorporated special details to fit our requests. Our garden is beautiful, tranquil and brings us a lot of enjoyment. Christian was very actively involved from the original vision to the finishing touches. He was involved in plant/tree selections, specialty rock selections and their unique placement. He personally was involved in every aspect of our project. We have also contacted him for some additional landscaping to our property and he was enthusiastic and willing to help us again. We will continue to use Colorado Land Art Studio and Christian's talents in the future! You will NOT be disappointed if you use him.

Cristian listened to our needs for our hardscape project in the city. He used his design expertise to appropriately lift us out of our comfort zone a bit to make our vision come to life even better than we imagined. Cristian worked with trusted sources to procure all the necessary materials & was hands on throughout the project. We love and use our space all the time!
